The reason why I left (NaLu)

Chapter 3

(3rd persons POV)

Natsu didn't leave his house much in the first few weeks only to visit Lucy's grave every Wednesday and he made it a habit. Natsu didn't eat very well and everyone was worried about him, Happy brings him food from the guild everyday but he only takes a few bites. But today Natsu had eaten all of the food and happy was surprised to see the plate empty "Natsu ate all of his food?!" He said as he flew to tell the guild the good new. meanwhile Natsu had taken all his money and went to what used to be Lucy's apartment, he set the amount on the desk in front of the landlady "huh you the kid from that day" "yes and I want to buy this house" "this house is not for sale!" Natsu tells her the amount he is willing to pay and she hesitated "it's over the value of the house but I'll give to you kid" she nodded as she collected her jewels, Natsu smilies sheepishly and took the keys from the lady's hands, He went up the stairs to Lucy's apartment and he was surprised to see that the room was half empty "it still smells like her" he said half-smiling as he settled down on Lucy's bed. "Hey Happy!" Natsu rushed to the blue exceed "yes Natsu?" "Come check out the new place I got" "a new place? What about our house?" "Don't worry Happy it can be our secret hideout!" "Aye Sir!" They rushed in their new apartment "Natsuu....this is Lucy's apartment.." "I bought it, actually I bought the whole building!" "You mean we have 2 extra apartments?" "Yah" "Natsu why did you buy it?" "Because it feels like Lucy's with us in here even though she isn't" he half-smiles "Aye..." Happy sniffed "whatcha waiting for let's move in" "Aye Sir! And I'm going to bring our friends to help us". After a few minutes Erza, Gray, Levy and Wendy are gathered in Natsu's new apartment "this is her apartment....." Levy mumbled "Hey flame brain how did you get this?" "Natsu bought the whole building just for us!" replied Happy "All three apartments?!" "Aye Sir!" "Then if you don't mind I'm taking the one on the last floor" said Gray "ehh? But you'll have to pay rent" Natsu laughed and Gray joined in "Wait, he isn't joking isn't he" "Nope" and Gray sighed "Im still taking it anyway. I'm tired of living in the FairyTail dorms" for the next few hours they helped Natsu and Happy unpack their things "Thanks guys" "Glad we can help Natsu" smiled Wendy and they left except for Gray "Ehh what do you want now Ice prince?" "The keys to my apartment idiot" Natsu tossed the keys to Gray and then left "Jeez why did I ever say yes" "because he's paying you Natsu" Happy snickered.

~Time Skip 3 Months Later~

Natsu had almost returned to normal and he went on many jobs with his team, he also went to Lucy's grave after every job to tell her about his adventures. Lisanna had been more clingy than usual and she always wants Natsu's attention "Natsuuuu? Let's go on a job together!" "No thanks I'm tired from the job I just did I think I'll take a break" "C'mon Natsu you don't have to ignore me! I always said that I'll be your bride when we grow up" "yeah when we were little and dumb we said things that are untrue" "are you saying that getting married to me is stupid? You still have feelings for Lucy don't you? She is dead Natsu!" Natsu got angry "Stop it Lissanna! I still have feelings for her even if she's dead, and I will never get married to a jealous woman like you, what did Lucy ever do to you huh? She liked you, she was nice to you but you still take advantage of her death! Forget talking to me ever again" he screamed at her and left Lisanna in tears "She really had to do that? Natsu was finally turning normal and she ruined it" Gray whispered to Levy and she just shakes her head in disbelief. Natsu stayed next to Lucy's grave all night till sunrise hoping to get some comfort.

(Lucy's POV)

It was normal day and I sat with Maddy at a nearby cafe and sipped some coffee "So the baby should be coming soon, do you have any names in mind?" "Well if it was a boy it would be Lune, Ren, Rune, Lin or Luno. If it was a girl it would be Luna, Rain, Merrie, Ella/Ellie or Nushi" "wow you got quiet a list there but I like Lin and Luna" "it's a possibility" I shrug "I guess it's coming in a few weeks" I sigh Maddy smiles at me and I smile back.

Notes: I actually like Lisanna, I have no idea why I made her the "bad guy" but she won't be in the story anymore (I kind of ship Bixanna but they don't really interact)
