Jimin was at work with the boys while Somin sat in the living room and wrote a letter of application to a kindergarten a few blocks away. Yesterday night she out of nowhere decided to quit working at her old place and shocked Jimin.

Both of them spent the night talking about her change of plans and completely forgot the movie playing in the background. After much arguing and pouting she managed to make him see the good sides of her new job.

Three days later Somin was called to come and see the kindergarten and get familiar with it. It didn't take her long to fall in love with the kids and like her new colleagues.

After her visit, she made plans to go grocery shopping and getting a few things for herself and the boys.

Not much later a text popped up from her husband-

Text from Jimin 💌: No baby, I just need you in my arms. Work is fucking killing me :(

Text to text Jimin 💌: you'll manage a few more hours without me Jimin and don't worry the boys are with you. I need to hurry up now it's getting late, love you xx

Somin decided not to reply, because she was sure that would only lead to him, abandoning his work and spamming her with his cheesiness. She chuckled at that and wrote a quick text to Taehyung.

Text from Tae: No thank you, but a warm meal other than take-out would be nice.

Text to Tae: it's your lucky day then my friend, because I was planning on cooking something for us all.

Text from Tae: yess can't wait!

Deciding on some pasta dish and a healthy chicken salad she made her way to the fitting units.

Just when Somin reached her floor and the elevator made a ding noise, the whole atmosphere changed. Something was horribly wrong and anyone could just sense it in the air. Her heart dropped when she made it past the corner. There leaning on her door was her nightmare in person, Mingyu.

"Finally my sweetgirl" he sighed out loud and looked her from head to toe.

"Get lost" Somin hissed at which he only chuckled surprised.

"Listen angel, I'm here to only tell you about that man you claim to love so much, he's not a saint and it's better if you get that in your tiny little head before it kills you" the threat was clear but it was time for Somin to stand up for herself.

"worry about yourself and fuck off before the boys come and drag you back to hell"

Mingyus mocking smirk faded and rage took its place.

"Don't forget your place Somin, wouldn't want me to remind you where your actual place is right? So don't tempt me and keep your snarky remarks at bay" he all but spat and just when he was about to walk closer to her, she leaned on the opposite wall and raised an brow.
