You sit up in pain "right where it hurts too" you try not to cry, it was really hard too. You open your eyes to see Poweredd grabbing your arm and pulling you up.
"Why are you helping me?" You look at him.
"Well as much as we argue. I think we make a pretty good team" he smiles sheepishly, it looked familiar too, but you can't tell where from though.
"I guess we sorta do, maybe. Not saying we do but maybe." You stand up. "It's like the world is out for my back"
"Ok, Maybe we could stop trying to outdo eachother, and maybe be a team? So we could be the best team!" Poweredd shrugs.
"Maybe." You grin
Behind Poweredd, you see Tom run up. "Tom?" You say out loud. Tom and Poweredd look at you weirdly.
"How do you-?" Tom starts.
"Just a guess!" You sweat "Toms a common name! The real question is why are you here?"
"What if I'm Poweredd's fan?" Tom arches an eye brow.
"Are you feeling better?" Poweredd asks. Noticing your look Poweredd face palms. "I mean you're staying up late so maybe you feel gross?"
"Well anyway!" You interrupt. "Where did the monster go?"
"What monster?" Tom asks quickly.
"The one that was taking over the city?" You ask
"Must have tripped. Poweredd we need to talk." He tugs Poweredd's arm.
Poweredd follows Tom as he leads him away. As they walk. You wonder how Tom knows Poweredd and why. You decide to do more spying, but you can't in a bright superhero outfit.
You fly home and change into a hood and sweats to walk outside and snoop. You realize how nosy you are being but ignore it. You try and run to where Poweredd and Tom are, and hide behind the corner.
"Ok first of all, I know why I've been feeling like crap." Tom starts.
"Probably because you have been out at night?" Poweredd responds
"Edd! This is serious!" Tom snaps.
You cover your mouth to avoid making noise. Poweredd is Edd?! Then realize how stupidly obvious it is, you listen in to hear the rest
"You were the monster?!" Edd gasps.
"Say it a little louder why don't you!"
You realize you've heard enough secrets for one night, you turn around to walk back when you hear.
"Hey Tom, can I ask you about something involving Y/N?"
