"what the fuck?" you looked up from your phone and saw what the blonde was referring to. a huge crowd of reporters and newscasters were surrounding the entrance to u.a. as soon as they saw the two of you they rushed over, trying to ask questions over each other. you could see bakugo getting ready to use his quirk but you spread your arm in front of his body, getting his attention. you focused and made a good enough path between all of the ones in front of you, their attention turned to each other as they were yelling, trying to figure out who was pushing who.

they couldn't see or didn't care to notice the little flicks of your fingers, pushing them away as you got yourself and the blonde through the mass. once you got to the entrance you saw your homeroom teacher give you a look of disapproval but nothing more. you smirked as he could've easily disabled your quirk but chose not to. the rest of the walk to school was easy and you handed your bag to the blonde before dashing off to see your general studies friend before class.

he was in his seat and the other students in the class were still confused to see you. you brushed them off and took a seat on the purple-haired male's desk, causing his gaze to move from his phone to you.

"y'know we can still just text each other," he said.

"it's not the same shin-chan~" you sighed.

"plus we have lunch together," he shrugged.

"i know but that's not long enough together," you whined. "soo, how's general studies?"

"draining. it's just like any other high school, normal classes but just... more emphasis on hero things? like how to get into the agency aspects," he sighed.

"that doesn't sound as bad as having english and then ancient literature back-to-back," you sighed, dreading class. shinso nodded, knowing how mediocre you were at the classes before glancing up to the clock.

"better get to class before the bell rings."

"shit you're right, bye hito-chan!" and so a tradition of running to homeroom was started.

bakugo rolled his eyes, amused as the bell rang just before you entered. aizawa wasn't at the front and you hesitantly stepped in, looking for him.

"if you're going to make it a habit of being late i can move you to general studies by the end of the day," your homeroom teacher said as he entered behind you.

"sorry sensei," you mumbled, hearing bakugo's snickering as you sat in your seat. you rolled your eyes, taking control of his hand and making him slap himself. you made sure to keep his lips closed so the hero in front of class wouldn't get much more irritated. he sighed at your actions and decided to further ignore the situation.

"okay, today you guys need to pick a class representative. as you know this title will give the student some extra attention so choose wisely."

"i think we should put it to a vote," rocket legs stood up and you shrugged getting more comfortable in your chair which involved leaning back a bit onto todoroki's desk. aizawa didn't care and so papers were passed out and pencils were gotten out of cases and pockets.

you bit your lip, actually thinking about the options you had, or the five people's who's names you knew.

creation girl was out simply because she unknowingly rubbed you the wrong way. same with zero-gravity. tail wasn't exactly the best and neither was your other opponent from the previous day.

that left bakugo, deku, and half-half. or yourself.
voting for bakugo was the obvious choice but probably not the best.

voting for deku would get you crucified if the blonde next to you ever found out.
