Part 19 | family drama

One year later..

After a sleepless night taking care of Sammy B, Lilith was in the kitchen making breakfast. Jaime walked through and gave Lilith a kiss. "Morning." Jaime said. "Morning." Lilith smiled. Jaime looked over at what Lilith was doing and remembered something. "Oh no.." He said out loud. "What's wrong?" Lilith asked. "Noelle asked if she could come over.." Jaime sighed. "Oh.. So to see us and Sam." She said looking over at Sammy who was playing with his blocks on the carpet. "Uhh.. No, she doesn't know about him." Jaime muttered. Lilith looked at him. "She doesn't know she has a brother!?" Lilith yelled. "Well I haven't seen her in years since she moved back in with her mum!" Jaime replied. "And Nathan.." He continued. "Nathan, your grandson?" Lilith asked. "Uhh.. Yeah." Jaime said quietly. "Great, just when I thought life for us wasn't so bad-" lilith started before Jaime interrupted her. "Its fine Lilith, we'll just invite her over before going out and introduce her to Sam." He explained. "I guess." Lilith sighed.

2 hours later lilith and Jaime were getting ready. Lilith dressed Sammy B and ploped him on the carpet to play with his toys. "How do I look?" Lilith asked Jaime looking at herself in the mirror. "Beautiful, like always." Jaime smiled. "Wow, I'm flattered." Lilith joked In a sarcastic voice. Suddenly there was a knock at the door. "that's her." Jaime told her. Lilith rushed over and opened the door. She saw Noelle looking as fierce as ever, and noticed someone else hiding behind her. "Hey!" Lilith greeted her putting a bit of a fake smile on. "Hey." Noelle replied. "Come in!" Lilith said taking her into the house. As Noelle walked in Lilith saw what looked like a 10 year old boy wearing a backwards cap, a supreme jumper and ripped black jeans. Jaime walked through and saw them talking in the living room. "Hey, Noelle!" He smiled. "Hi Dad, I feel like I haven't seen you in years." She told him. They hugged. "Oh Nathan, say hello!" Noelle said. "Is Phoenix home?" Nathan murmured. Just as he said that Phoenix walked through. "Nathan!" She said happily. "Come with me, I'm just about to go play with Sammy!" Phoenix added. There was a sudden silence in the room. "Uh, who's Sammy..?" Noelle asked. Jaime cleared his throat. "You Uhh, might want to sit down for this." He said in a serious tone. Lilith looked him in the eye. "Well, you.. have a.." He started. "A what?" Noelle said getting impatient. "A brother. You have a brother." Lilith interrupted. Noelle looked immediately angry. "And you didn't tell me!!" She yelled Jaime looked down in shame. "I can't believe you!" She continued. "I know I should have told you sooner, but he was sort of an accident.." Jaime muttered. "Oh so that's what you call our son, an 'accident'!" Lilith joined in crossing her arms. Noelle and Lilith were very hot headed people, so they were angry at Jaime. The three were yelling at each other. "Guys stop!!" Lilith shouted. "Where are the kids?!" She asked.
