Stuck with the trolls (Homestuck Fanfiction)

I couldn't believe it there were more trolls for me to take in and we missed one while we were out there. That means I had to head outside again but the sun was nearly down and it was snowing. I was internally cussing myself out but there was no time for that. The troll could probably be dying of hypothermia by now. I guess Darkleer took notice of my worry because he asked "what's wrong? why worry about a mere teal"

"Because if they die and it's a theory but it may possibly doom everyone from returning home. And if someone else finds them we're all in danger." I said, "Crap I need to gather a quick search party." I said to myself before sprinting upstairs

I charged into my cousin's room and threw the door open making it hit the wall hard. Everyone gave me questioning and shocked stares. But I turned to Skylla "He sky can your lusus sniff out trolls?" I asked

"Yes, why?" She asked standing up

":33< Is it an emergency?" Nep asked as well

"Yes, it turns out we left someone out there. That's why I need to snag Lady for a while"

"Sure, I'll come with ya" Skylla said and Lady stood up and gave a bark of approval.

":33< I'll come too" Nepeta mewed as she got up

"I guess I wwill too" eridan said with a shrug

"Alright get your jackets and we got to hurry." I urged them

We quickly got geared up a quickly began to head out the door. Before we could leave we were intercepted by Darkleer who stopped me at the door. "Wait!" he called as he walked up to me

"What is it?" I asked as I turned to him

"Is there any way I can be of assistance?" He asked half timidly

"Sure" I said. I reached into the duffle bag and pulled out the biggest Jacket I had and handed it to him. "Put this on first so you don't freeze"

He put it on and followed me outside. As we stepped out cold air we were greeted by light snow. I could see that Lady got straight to work sniffing the air trying to pick up a scent. "She's got something" Skylla said looking back at us.

"let's get going then" I said

We started following Lady who had her nose buried in the snow and followed the scent. Nep slowed her pace and started walking right beside Darkleer and he looked down at her as she drew near. ":33< So your Equius's ancestor? You two look so similar." Nepeta mewed

"What do you mean?" He asked dumbfounded

Nepeta stared at me as to say, wait, Equius didn't meet him? I shook my head and she growled ":33< I knew I should have stayed downstairs with him."

"So you are saying I have a descendant that was in the hive with us?"

":33< yup"

"What is he like?"

":33< He's big-"

"Swweaty" Eridan added

"Awkward" I chimed in

"Has a wweird thing for milk and muscular hoof beast"
