'Everything is dark. So dark...but... I see a light up ahead.'
The young (s/c), (h/c) followed a light that seemed so close she could touch it but the more she got closer, the more it seemed to drift away.
After a while of chasing the light stopped.
Once she caught up with the light and caught it in her hands she felt something that surprised her.
Once she captured the light in her hands, something in the back of her mind started to scream at her.
Her of course, the unknowing victim, had let go of the light to cover her ears as they began to bled from the yelling. She felt as if she was going crazy.
When the screaming finally stopped, she looked around to see that the light had fully disappeared into the endless darkness around her.
Instead a new scenery started to form before her eyes.
It turned to a forest in the middle of the night. She looked around at the beautiful forest as the cool, refreshing night air entered her lungs.
She looked before her to see the light again.
She had determination to catch that ball of light again.
As the light began to drift away again, she started to chase it, deeper into the woods she went.
Before she had managed to catch the light, the light disappeared as she ran into something very tall and tree like.
She regained the small amount of consciousness she lost as a migraine started to kick in as she rubbed her forehead.
As she rubbed her forehead she looked down at the bottom of the object and froze instantly when she noticed two feet at the bottom of what she thought was a tree.
She hesitantly looked up as all the color drained from her skin to see a very tall yet slender humanoid figure before her.
What really turned her ghost white was the fact that it was ghost white. The figure had no face at all and had very slender and sharp looking fingers that slowly reached out for her.
She wanted to get up and run but she was both hypnotized and petrified as her headache started to grow more painful and she started to hear a very loud ringing in her ears.
As the hand got closer she started to feel her peripheral vision begin to fade to black.
When the hand nearly made contact with her face, everything went black.
(Y/n) eyes shot wide open as she sat up, breathing harshly, in a cold sweat. She kept breathing harshly as she held her head, to help ease her headache slightly. She reached over the her bedside table, grabbing a pill bottle of ibuprofen. She quickly opened the pill bottle, pouring a couple into her hand then popping both the pills down her throat. As the (h/c) laid back in bed she stared up at the ceiling, mumbling. "Fourth one this week..."
