Dream Girl: The AC problem (2018)

Chapter 5: In Miss Checkers' classroom

After Candy and Nurse Halo left the school, I head back to class while Principal Love heads to Miss Checkers' classroom to turn in Candy's assignment. While he walks to the classroom, he looks at the assignment with all of his work done from all five questions on the worksheet.

Cold air blows on him before he shivers, "So cold in here."

Miss Checkers gets his attention, "Hey Principal Love. Are you cold?"

He stopped walking and looked up. After a little bit, he responds, "A little. Just came to turn in Candy's assignment that he's supposed to turn in to you."

She takes the worksheet from him, "Oh I see. Is he not expecting to be here today?"

"Actually, he got sick so he can't come and turn it into you so I did the job for him."

She covers her mouth, "Oh my. I hope he gets well soon."

"I'm sure he will. He's just a little cold that's all." Both of them start walking to the classroom.

She looks down in a sense of guilt, "Well, he's not the only one who left the school."

He gasps, "What? How many left the school?"

"Can we talk about in the classroom?"

He sighs, "I suppose."

After arriving in the classroom with Miss Japan, Miss Banner, Principal Checkers, and another teacher, Sensei Fuji, both of them sit down on the two chairs located behind the blackboard.

Miss Japan was the first to talk, "Principal Love. I hate saying this but, five of my students have left the school as a result of the dangerously cold ac."

Principal Love was frozen in fear, "What?"

Sensei Fuji explains the situation, "It's true except, twenty of my students left school today."

Miss Banner sobs, "It's even worse when six of my students froze to death while in class today. It's so horrible." She burst to tears.

His mouth was covered, "Oh my gosh. I'm so sorry to hear about it."

Principal Checkers looks down in a sense of blame, "I can't believe this happen to our beloved students during what's supposed to be a peaceful day."

Sensei Fuji gets his attention, "Principal Love, I'm afraid you have to cancel school for the rest of the day for the safety of our students. We can't let our favorite top students get sick or worst of all freeze to death while trying to work."

He looks down feeling guilty for the deaths of the unlucky students, "I understand. I also want Mi-Chan and Gina to stay after class is dismissed to help fix this ac problem that's been going on."

Miss Checkers looks at Principal Love, "Are you sure you want to make them stay?"

He looks at her, "It may sound crazy but. If no one else can help fix the problem, then I'm gonna make them risk their lives by solving it for the school's safety."

Sensei Fuji looks at him, "I understand. Well, I thank you for being here to talk. Besides Principal Checkers, if you never knew how to solve this issue, no one would've made it out alive." He leaves the classroom.

Miss Banner hugs Principal Love, "Thank you Principal Love. I'm so glad you can help us."

Miss Japan touch her shoulder, "Don't worry, I'm sure Mi-Chan and Gina will be able to help us save the school."

She hugs her, "I really hope so. I don't wanna lose any more students ever again."

Principal Love stands up and walks towards the door before looking at them, "You guys can go home if you want to. Have a great rest of the day everyone."

After he left Miss Checkers' classroom, Miss Banner and Miss Japan left the classroom while Principal Checkers and Principal Checkers remains inside the room.
