Dream Girl: The AC problem (2018)

Chapter 9: Back to school

Today's the day where me, Gina, and my friends go back to school. Yesterday's a disaster. I couldn't imagine spending another day staying after school to fix the ac system to help the school. The good news is that the school's back to normal. While walking to school, me and Gina have a conversation as we heard a whistle.

We turn around to see Candy standing in front of us, "Hey you two."

I rush towards him, "CANDY-KUN!" I offered him a hug.

He hugs me back with a smile, "Hey Mi-Chan. How're you doing?"

"I'm doing well. Are you all better?"

"I'm feeling so much better thanks to my nurse. How're you feeling Gina?"

Gina smiles, "I'm feeling better. Thanks for asking."

I ask, "Hey Candy-Kun, you wanna head to the school?"

"Of course. I think Principal Love would love to see me."

I pull Candy's right arm, "Well come on then! What're we waiting for!"

After me, Gina, and Candy reached to the school, Alice surprised me with a hug.

I smiled, "Hey Alice. I didn't see you there."

She giggled, "I just got here, that's why you didn't see me."

Candy pets her head, "I'm glad I get to see you again."

She hugs him, "I miss you."

He blushes, "Aw, I miss you too."

Principal Love out of nowhere gives me a bear hug with hearts bursting out of him, "Mi-Chan! I'm so glad you're back!"

I pick up Principal Love while cuddling with him, "Aw, aren't you sweet."

Candy walks to the entrance, "Hey guys, you coming?"

Gina smiles, "Don't worry Candy-Kun, we're coming."

As we enter the school, we see students hanging out at the cafeteria having their normal conversations before class.

Candy shivered, "Brr, it's chilly in here. Good thing I brought my jacket today." He opens his school bag to put on his black and white jacket.

Principal Love smiles, "I'm glad you remember your jacket today."

He frowns, "Yeah, yesterday wasn't so fun. I thought I was going to freeze to death that day."

I frown, "Yeah, I remember when you got sent home early. It was not the best day in school that's for sure."

Alice asked, "Hey Principal Love. Are there going to be people that're looking at the ac system?"

He responds, "Luckily, they just came yesterday. They said that it's doing fine. Just a few scratches."

"That's good. I thought it's broken from that blast that left me and Gina frozen solid."

She frowns, "I know right. I thought I was gonna remain frozen forever."

Candy hugs me, "I'm so glad it's over. I really hope it doesn't happen again."

Principal Love smiles, "Don't worry. I'm sure it won't. Well, I better get to work, See you all later." He walks to his office.

I waved, "Bye Principal Love."

Alice asked, "What should we do now?"

Candy responds, "We should head to class since we have five more minutes."

Heaven out of nowhere tags him, "Race you to class."

He raced him, "Oh no you don't."

Me, Gina, and Alice catch up to them while heading to our first-period class laughing our heads off.
