luke and calum were in the car in listening to some horrible pop song on the radio.

"i cant stand this cally, i'm changing this. where are your CD's?" luke said with a grimace.

calum laughed at his besties antics and said "n-no ne-need to d-do th-that baby, we-we're alm-almost there."

"i would know that but someone won't tell me where we're going." the blond huffed.

the raven haired boy cooed at his bestie.

"y-you'll lo-love it d-don't wor-worry, j-just talk to me." calum said while making a turn.

"okay well yesterday i-"

"we-we're here!" calum exclaimed, cutting luke off.

"how are you gonna tell me to talk and then just c-"

"l-look!" the boy in the drivers seat squealed.

when luke looked out of the window he gasped.

the hour ride was so worth it.

"holy shit! cally lets go!" luke exclaimed trying to get out of the car.

calum smiled fondly at the boy beside him.

"c'mon, l-let's g-go b-baby." the dark haired boy said and got out of the car to open lukes door.

after they got out of the car they walked up to the ticket booth to get everything they needed.

"i cannot believe you brought me here cally! how did you kn-" luke spoke but remembered a certain memory.

calum smirked.

"cally?" the twelve year old mumbled sleepily.

"y-yeah lu-lukey?" calum softly spoke cuddling into his bestie.

"i want my first date to be so special. i want it to be with you. will you take me on my first date cally?" the blond spoke hopefully.

"o-of cou-course i will l-lukey. wh-where do y-you wanna g-go?" the raven haired boy asked tiredly.

"a carnival. i want it to be all cute and stuffz." he spoke, slurring some of his words together.

"i-i pr-promise i'll t-take y-y-you t-there l-lukey." calum said, slowly falling asleep.

"i-i want you to kiss me there too." the blue eyed boy shyly said, hoping his bestie didn't hear it.

calum didn't reply but that doesn't mean he didn't hear it.

"i-i promised d-didn't i, b-baby?"

"that you did, cally." luke blushed.

"a-alright then, l-let's g-go baby." calum said, dragging luke along.

the two besties were about four hours into the date and they had accumulated lots of things overtime but the biggest being, luke had two big bears and calum had three.
