Toshiro and I have been traveling for four days now and there has been no sign of Sesshomaru. I was starting to lose hope in finding him, but I can't do that to Toshiro. He looks so much like Sesshomaru. I took a seat on a rock by a river and took my shoes off an put my feet in the water.
"Mother are you alright?" Toshiro asked as he sat by me.
"Yes I'm fine dear. My feet are just a little tired." I said and smiled as I placed my hand on Toshiro's cheek.
"Mother, you are crying. Are you sure you are alright?" Toshiro asked.
I then placed my hand on my cheek and I indeed felt tears falling down my face. I wiped them away.
"I'm fine Toshiro. Why don't we rest here tonight? You can go play for a bit if you want just make sure you don't wander off too far." I said.
"I'll stay with you momma! I got to protect you!" Toshiro said trying to act all tough and I just chuckle and pull him close and hug him and tickle him causing him to laugh. I then put my shoes on and put Toshiro on my back and we continued our walk instead of staying here. About 20 minutes into our walk Toshiro wanted down. I set him down and as soon as I did he smiled at me with a big grin on his face and ran off.
"Toshiro!" I yelled worriedly as he ran off. What was that little boy thinking?! I thought as I ran off in search of my son.
