"Toshiro !" I called worried. Where had that boy run off to. I searched frantically for my son but froze when I saw him in front of the familiar figure of the demon I was in love with. I couldn't move. I just watched as my son looked at his father.
Toshiro's POV
I ran ahead of mother because I smelt something strange. Once I had ran a good feet away I saw a demon with long silver white hair but I couldn't see his face. I didn't realize I was still running until I bumped into him.
"How dare you run into my lord!" Some imp thing said. The demon turned around to face me and my eyes widened with how much we looked alike. I could see his widen as well but I could tell he was trying to hide it.
"Who are you?" I said boldly to the demon.
"You insolent child! How dare-" the imp said but was cut off by my mother's voice
"Toshiro!"
Kootonii POV
"Toshiro!" I yelled snapping out of my frozen state. I then ran towards my son and hugged him as I cried.
"Mother. You're crying. Why mother?" Toshiro asked confused.
"Because you ran off and I thought I lost you." I said and hugged my child. I looked up to see Sesshomaru walking away.
"Sesshomaru! Wait!" I yelled
"You insolent wench how dare you address my lord without his title!"
"Please Sesshomaru hear me out." I begged.
"Why would I do such a thing?" Sesshomaru said so coldly.
"So that you can meet your son!" I yelled with tears in my eyes.
"What you're saying is absurd. I have no children."
"Yes you do. Toshiro is your son! I tried to tell you that one night at my father's castle but you disappeared before I could!" I yelled.
"I don't remember."
"My father was Hiroyoshi of the Eastern Land! Him and your father were great friends! Tell me you don't remember growing up together!" I yelled but he just began to walk away. I then mentioned something only him and I would know about.
"Remember the secret garden you showed me behind your father's castle!" I yelled and Sesshomaru turned around and I saw Sesshomaru's eyes widen.
I then started to cry.
"You may not remember but I do. Anyway, I just wanted you to have the chance to meet your son. Goodbye Sesshomaru." I said and took Toshiro's hand. I then began to walk away but stopped.
"By the way. I never stopped loving you and I forgive you for not being there." I said without turning to face Sesshomaru and continued on my way.
"Goodbye father." Toshiro said and waved as we walked away.
