Sesshomaru's Unknown Son

Chapter 7

Toshiro and I have been traveling with Sesshomaru for a few months now. He has been training Toshiro as well as me to fight better but mainly his son. I was glad he was spending time with Toshiro I just wish it wasn't always training.
Why can't he just spend some genuine time with his son. I could hear Rin's laugher behind me as she played with Toshiro. At least he was still able to be a child by having a friend like Rin.
I stopped walking as I sensed something nearby. I could tell Sesshomaru sensed it as well as he stopped walking.
"Rin go with Jaken and hide." Sesshomaru ordered Rin.
Rin ran behind a bush with Jaken as the guy in the bamboo pelt showed up again. I got in a fighting stance ready for his attack. He simply smirked at me and headed straight towards me but I dodged it and and sliced him with my poison claw whip.
I then heard a chuckle in the air.
"You shouldn't destroy other people's things." The voice said. Sesshomaru and I then heard Rin scream. We both ran for Rin and Jaken with Toshiro behind us. I jumped in front of them before it's vine's could do anything to Rin or Jaken. The vines wrapped around my wrists tightly and I was lifted into the air.
"Mother!" Toshiro yelled as a barrier suddenly surrounded me and this guy from before.
"Naraku." I heard Sesshomaru say with such hatred in his voice.
So this demon's name was Naraku. I thought to myself.
I tried to move my wrists to try and get free and fight back but the grip only tightened on my wrist causing me to cry out in pain.
"Hello Sesshomaru, what do I owe this pleasure?" Naraku said.
"Let the woman go." Sesshomaru said with barely any emotion in his voice, but I could see the concern in his eyes.
"Why should I? She's a pretty little thing. I think I'll keep her for myself." Naraku said with a chuckle as he turned my face so it was facing him. I then spit in his face.
"Sorry I'm taken." I said rudely.
Next thing I knew there was an immense pain in my cheek. This Naraku had slapped me hard and I could see it angered not only Sesshomaru, but my son as well.
"You'll pay for that!" I heard Toshiro say enraged as he took out his sword that Sesshomaru had made for him as he ran towards Naraku at immense speed and tried to break the barrier, but it was useless.
Sesshomaru then tried striking with his tokijin, but it didn't work.
"Well this has been fun, but I better be going." Naraku said with a laugh as miasma filled the area. Next thing I knew I was knocked out, the last thing I saw was my son and Sesshomaru.
