The Greek Gods...and you as well.

Insecurities

(A/N): as someone who struggles with liking myself, physically and mentally, I thought it would be nice to do something like this. If you don't see one you want me to do, leave it in the comment section and I'll consider it for another character

Zeus - Your eyes didn't seem beautiful to you. You thought they threw off your entire face. Obviously, they didn't, and Zeus letcha know.

Hera - You didn't feel very elegant next to Hera. She was so regal, you just felt awkward and clumsy near her. Hera, on the other hand, thought it was super cute. she would try to be less stiff when around you as well, even sitting upside down on the couch occasionally. (A/N): I want to sit upside down on a couch with Hera....and eat cookies. Or just eat cookies. I'm hungry.

Poseidon - You felt pretty anxious around deep water when you first met Poseidon. Ya know, sharks and stuff are scary... and dangerous. He showed you how interesting and awe-inspiring the ocean is, and you slowly became less and less scared.

Hermes - You thought you were fat. The thing is, Hermes really liked you the way you were.

"Hey, Hermes." 

"You good?"

"Just feelin' fat."

"You do realize, that in ancient Greece and Rome, women who looked like you were considered amazingly beautiful? Like Aphrodite, in Ancient Greece, she looked a ton like you, and well, may have been considered chubby by today's standards, which are idiotic."

"I, uhm, didn't know you thought so strongly about this subject."

"Confidence is what makes the difference between attempted bank robbery and cold case robbery." 

Apollo - compared to Apollo, you had such an odd and vulnerable voice. You used to sing a lot, but he, on accident, made you feel very self-conscious about your voice. You talked to him about it, and he reassured you about your voice and how it sounds.

Aphrodite - One word: A C N E. the most absolutely horrendous thing anyone will ever have to deal with. Unfortunately, after puberty, your acne stayed, and was still a persistent problem. Whenever you're frustrated or just really jealous about people with clear skin, Aphrodite sits with you or goes on a walk with you so you can calm down. She understands your problems, although she didn't have many problems with it growing up.
