I just shoved my phone back in my pocket.

During practice I was more pissed off than ever. Not only because of the constant teasing of being paired with Haru but my parents are coming back. It annoys me to the point where I don’t even want to swim today.

But I didn’t have a choice so I just dived in the pool a couple of times before changing into shorts and a t-shirt and running around the neighbourhood. I ran back to school to get my stuff and walked home. I didn’t want to see them at all. They were the real reason why I decided to move in with Haru. Not because they forced me to.

My parents loved my older brother, Yuuto and my younger sister, Chouko more than me. So why did they bother caring about me. Why didn’t they just leave me alone? I don’t need them.

Once I got home I noticed their shoes here as well as Haru’s.

Mother: Ah, Shiro!~ I missed you!!!

I just ignored her and walked upstairs and turned on the hot water for the bath. I quickly changed and entered the hot bath water. Once the water cooled a bit I dunked my head in the water. It felt nice to ignore everything except the water.  I guess this was how Haru felt during the last couple of years of not swimming.

Haru then came barging in and the quickly closing the door. I popped out from the water and leaned against the tub.

            Me: What?

Haru: Don’t ignore them. They came from half way across the world to visit you and you just ignore them. Are you sure that is alright?

Me: Yup. I’m fine with that. Why?

Haru: Because they are wondering why you keep acting like that towards them.

Me: Whatever. Not like I care

Haru: You should tell me what’s wrong.

            Me: Whatever.

            Haru: I want to know.

Me: Stop acting like you are my boyfriend. You aren’t my boyfriend or my husband. Also, I won’t tell you because I don’t want you in my business.

I grabbed my towel from the side and quickly wrapped myself in it before getting out of the bath and the bathroom. Haru then ran after me and got a hold of my hand.

            Me: Let go.

I death glared at him and he let go. After changing I went downstairs and sat down in front of them.

Mother: So, how are you doing? Are you okay? You got skinner. Remember to eat more okay? Are you sleeping enough? Every time I text you, I never get a reply back. Are you feeling well?

Father: Sumi, that’s enough. How have you’ve been, Shiro.

I ignore their question by asking something totally off topic.

Me: Are you staying for dinner?

The both looked at each other.

Mother: May we invite your siblings over?

Without even letting me answer Haru told them yes. They quickly called them and told them to come over. I glared at him for doing that. I got up from the table and grabbed my keys and wallet and started putting on my shoes.
