Chapter 4

Jason POV

I walked into the bedroom where a still in shock Aria was. Ever since we got home from the misson two weeks ago, she's been staring at the wall. I found out Brice told her some stuff so I went back downstairs and outside to smoke a blunt. I need it.

(Brice POV)

Is he really going to do nothing! I walked outside and glared at him.

Dont start with me ok. You know shes in denial about everything and she just killed her first person. Gosh Brice you chose the perfect time." He said turning his back on me as he blew out a puff of smoke. I huffed in frustration.

"Well since I'm so bad at choosing perfect timing then I might as well tell her everything else now." I said before running inside.

Jason started chasing me as he yelled stop and I was making it up the steps when he grabbed my leg and I fell.

"Don't you dare!" He said seriously.

"Aye man what's going on?" Khalil asked behind Jason.

"Don't worry babe I got this." I said as I smirked and head butted Jason. He moved off of me holding his head and then I kicked him in the gut to hold him off for a while.

I ran up the rest of the steps and Jason followed. Once I made it to the room, I slammed the door in his face and locked it. I huffed out a breath and looked at a scared and sad Aria in the corner. My poor bestfriend. I can't blame her for being mad cause we pulled her away from everything and brought her into this life.

"Hey." I said sitting next to her on the ground. She didn't say anything and it was quiet for a few moments.

"So um, I'm sorry, about everything that happened to you and for bringing you into this life."

She still said nothing.

"Please Aria say something." I pleaded.

She looked at me as tears fell from her eyes and then hugged me as she cried. I hugged hef back with tears going down my face.

"I'm so sorry." I said

She pulled away and looked at me.

"It's okay Brice..it's okay. Just please...give me an explanation." She said.

We heard banging on the door.

"ARIA OPEN THIS DAMN DOOR!" Jason yelled.

"And tell me fast." Aria said.

"Ok but I don't know how you're gonna take this." I said

She sat up straight and look at me.

"I'm ready." She said.

"The thing that made Jason leave the old gang is his brother. Alex was killed during a mission. The leader of the gang had wrong aim and Alex was standing infront of...Max. He tried to shoot for Max but Max pushed Alex infront of him and right then Alex died"

She looked at me intently listening.

"Jason lost himself that day. He became more angry and rude. He fucked girls and left them and he killed mercilessly. He made his own gang so that he can gain money and power to go back for that man and kill him by hiself." I explained

"Then why hasn't he yet. Why hasn't Jason found him and killed him?" She asked confused.

"Well he has one thing stopping him." I said

"What?" She asked.

"...You.Your dad Xavier Delgotto was the leader of the old gang...and still is." I said
