Chapter 25

Aria POV

The fire created a ring around us and the screen that once showed the fate of our friends was now black.

"What are we gonna do!" I yelled over the things falling from the fire.

"......nothing" Jason said plainly

I looked at him as Brice and Khalil seemed wrapped up in trying to get each other untied to save one another.

"So that's it... You want us all to just die here....Jason we need to get out of here cause I would like to kill you before I die." I said looking at him

He said nothing as he sat there and stared ahead as the roof started to cave in and fall.

"Wow" I said as I shook my head in disbelief

Guess I'm gonna have to get us out of here. I searched the room; or what was left of it; and nothing. There was nothing that could help us. I looked back at Brice to see her still struggling to get out of the ropes; same with Khalil.

I felt the heat closing on my wrists as the ropes felt like they were getting looser....wait. I pushed my arms back as much as I could as the heat burned my skin and I held in my scream but the ropes finally broke free and I started rubbing my wrists. I stood up and ran over to Brice and untied her and Khalil; who automatically started checking Brice for any bruises that weren't already obvious.

I went over to Jason and untied him as I pulled him to his feet before giving him the stern look to get his act together as he rolled his eyes.

"OK WE NEED TO GET OUT OF HERE!" I coughed from the smoke

"NO BITCH WE NEED TO STAY HERE AND BURN!" Khalil yelled.

I flipped him off before looking towards the door that was already up I'm flames. Jason walked towards the door and hesitated before kicking it and grunting from some pain.

We all walked out of the room covering our faces and coughing as we tried to find our way out of the burning building. We walked down a burning hallway with me and Brice in the middle and Jason in front and Khalil in the back.

We saw an open door leading outside and Jason was ready to lead us there but I stopped him.

"WE HAVE TO FIND THE OTHERS" I yelled

"ARIA" Brice yelled as I looked back and she pointed to my mother who was standing at another doorway.

She motioned for us to follow her and I turned and went into the blazing room where the rest were still tied up. We untied all of them and as we tried to get out, a huge piece of the ceiling fell right in front of the door.

"SHIT" I yelled.

"HEY. COME HERE....THERES A STAIR WALL HERE,WE CAN CLIMB AND GET TO THE ROOF AND JUMP DOWN, ITS THE ONLY WAY WE WILL SURVIVE THIS" My mom yelled to us.

We coughed and the guys let us girls climb first. I allowed the other girls to go in front of me and when I touched the ladder, it took everything in me not to scream from the burning pain. When I got to the burning roof, Ryan,Chaz, and Alfredo hopped down into the bush which looked painful...wait where's Brice and Khalil. I was about to tell Jason that they were not up here but he jumped down already. Shit. I hopped back down as I felt the stinging sensation in my ankle and searched the burning rom to see Khalil knocked out under a piece of a burned fallen piece of the roof and Brice hysterically crying as she tries to pull him out. I rushed over as my mom hopped down to and helpe me pull Khalil out then Brice and my mom pulled Khalil up the ladder. I reached for the ladder but was immediately pulled back down by none other than .....Vince.

I saw my mom try to look back at me but then the rest of the roof caved in......
