Saved by my Mate

Confused

                                                           Chapter 7 Confused

I was currently laying on my bed thinking of all the strange things that happened recently.

 My Dad saved me from a group of boys, only to beat me when we got home.

 I got detention from a really mean teacher.

 Bradley also got detention.

 When I got in detention me and Bradley were the only ones there, and that seems a little odd, because I mean out of the whole school only me and Bradley got detention? That just seems odd.

 I accidentally stared right into Bradley's eyes and he stared back into mine, until Bradley got up suddenly and left, slamming the door behind him. That was a little odd.

 Bradley got mad when Justin put his arm on me, and chased him out of the school.

 Bradley said that he 'rejected' me as a 'mate' almost as soon as he saw me which was wierd.

 What the heck is a mate?!?!?!?

 My alarm clock went off letting me know that I needed to get ready for school, but today is Friday so it is the last day of school for the week!!! I climbed out of my bed almost falling on my face but I caught myself before it happened and I ran to my dresser and pulled out a blouse and grabbed a sweater to put over it, I then grabbed my black jeans that I absolutely love! I quickly got changed and went into the bathroom and brushed my hair. I decided not to put any makeup on since I hardly had any left.

 I ran into the kitchen and made some pancakes for Father and I. Dad sat down at the table without saying a word and I dished him up all six pancakes and silently wished that he wouldn't eat them all. When he got done eating he left the table without uttering a sound. He left one pancake on his plate and I greedily ate it all up. I immediately put the dishes and the dish washer and I hurried to school.

 When I arrived at school I was just casually walking down the hallways until someone ever so rudely ran past me knocking down everything I had in my hands and continued to run down the hall also running in to other people. I had no idea why that mad man was running down the halls like that but truthfully I could care less. I bent down to start picking up my things and as soon as I did I stood back up and another guy bumped into me making my things once again fly all over the floor! UGH I HATE MY LIFE!!

"Oh crap, I'm sorry, I didn't see you there." Said the guy that knocked over my things "Here, let me help you pick them up." He said kindly and I immediately softened at his kindness

"Thanks." I said once he handed me all my things and I took that moment took look at the guy who bumped into me and he was hot, but not as hot as Bradley but still freakin hot. I noticed his wavy brown hair and brown eyes, and he was loaded down with muscles. He seemed so nice.

"Hey aren't you the new girl?" He asked and I slightly smiled at how everyone calls me 'the new girl'

"Yeah I am, I'm Elisa Jones." I said as I held out my hand for him to shake "My names Adrian." he said as he smiled and he shook my hand and took a little longer then normal to let my hand go and I felt my cheeks heat up, but our little conversation came to a sudden halt when I heard a growl again!!! I turned my head to where the growl came from and there stood Bradley lookin smokin hot but very, very angry as he sent death glares at me and Adrian. He walked straight up to Adrian and he said very angrily "Adrian!!!! What the heck are you doing!" and a totally fake bright blonde girl with way too much makeup on strode up to Adrian and slid her hand up his chest and said, "Yeah Adrian, you shoudn't hang out with that nerd." and Bradley immediately growled once again and I sneakily started to take small steps backwards while it seemed as if Bradley and Adrian were talking to each other silently while the blonde girl tried getting her attention and as soon I was far enough I ran away from all that drama and I got to class just in time.

 After some of my classes I reached the one where Bradley is also in and I gathered up all the courage I could muster and I walked in silently praying that Bradley wouldn't be in there and I was totally shocked and hurt at what I saw when I walked in.

Hey hey hey!!! People of Earth....... or Mars wherever your from........ SO how did you like that chapter? I know that this chapter is a little late but I lost all of my insperation for this story but I got it back for now.
