Chapter 9

Brody had no idea what was Happing all she knew was that she was over someone's shoulder and going in and out of consciousness.

The next thing she saw was bright lights and the sound of a mans voice and him making a clicking noise.

"I believe this belongs to you"

Before Brody could react she felt the man throw her across the floor and the sound of nicole talking.

"Bobo..what did you do"

"I did nothing but save her life from being eaten by what ever is in the woods and its not only killing Revenants but people as well so alittle gratitude for saving they young Detective"

Brody felt her body being moved after that all she remembers is waking up in a Hospital bed.

Brody's POV

My head felt so cloudy and fuzzy as i wake up to the sound of peeping.

"Hey Boston's Finest"

I look to see Wynonna to my right.

"Wynonna.."

She nods.

"The one and only how are you feeling"

I sit up and see i have a IV attached to my arm and my injured arm is all bandaged up and in a sling.

"Ive had worse if im honest so yeah"

She nods as she get up and walks over to my bed.

"Well im glad your okay....but Brody why i also came here was to make sure your okay the other reason is this"

Suddenly wynonna got all serious and in my face.

"Stay away from Nicole...she is my Sister's Girlfriend they didn't have any problems till you showed up.."

I gulped hard as wynonna looked me dead in the eye.

" but wynonna Nicole is just as much to blame it takes two to tango"

Wynonna got into my personal space as her voice dropped low.

"Look Brody from the bottom of my heart i am truly glad that your okay and i actually really like you i think your amazing...but if you don't stop what your doing your gonna wish you never left Boston do i make myself clear"

I just nod my head as Wynonna straightens up and walks out the door leaving me with my thoughts its gonna be hard staying away from nicole when i work with her.
