8. Fairy Slayers

Wendy POV

"What? There's brand new guild?" I gasped.

"Yes, and they've taken off at a break-neck speed." Sighed Master Makarov.

"They've completed every job they've been given within a day. They even completed the group jobs with just one person!"

"The scariest thing is," Master Mavis added. "Every single member of their guild is some kind of slayer."

"They sound amazing!" Smiled Erza. "Do you think they'd be willing to have a truce with our guild?"

Master Makarov shook his head. "I doubt it."

"Why?"

"Their name is the Fairy Slayers."

Lucy POV

"We're actually here." I sighed happily. "I still can't believe it."

~€{Flashback}€~

"We're off!" I smiled to my tutor Celestia.

"Yes, you are." She smiled to all of us.

"And before I forget, we have someone for you to meet."

A shy girl stepped forward. Her skin was cocoa brown, her hair was bubble gum pink and she wore a pair of bright purple, nerdy glasses.

She wore a green shirt that said, 'Hug the world!' And yoga pants.

Celestia smiled. "This is Carmina. She's your exceed."

"Uhh, excuse me," Ethan asked, stepping forward. "But aren't exceeds usually, more like a... Cat?"

Carmina seemed to start concentrating really hard, putting her hands to her temples.

Then she transformed into a pale pink exceed, wearing the same clothes.

"Cat-like enough for you?" Smirked Celestia. My tutor's got sass!

"Carmina can transform in between wizard and exceed. She is actually quite a talented fighter."

"Wow." I said, looking at the seemingly shy exceed. Then she saw the book I was holding. She transformed back into a girl and squealed.

"Is that Maximum Ride?! I loooove James Patterson! Do you know his other book, Confessions of a Murderers Suspect?!"

And before I could reply to her sudden outburst, I saw her run over to Mina and start squealing about the brand of paint she was using.

We all stared in amazement at the super energetic girl before us.

Soon we were all laughing as we took our last steps towards the portal that would bring us back to Earthland.

We all turned back to the dragons (And angels, demons, gods and phoenix's), who had been our family for the last few years.

We all hugged. Then I turned around to Igneel, one of my favourite dragon pals.

"Well, off I go to beat up your son." I smiled.

He couldn't help but smirk back. "You have my blessing."

I gave him I giant hug and ran off to catch up to my friends by the portal. "Bye!"

As I saw the waves of all my mythological friends I smiled and stepped through the portal.

We'd arrived and created the Fairy Slayers guild. And here we were, having the time of our lives.

"What? There's a phone call? Sure." I said. I put my ear to the lacrima, "Hello?"

"Hello? This is the Magic Council. We're calling considering the form you filled out to become an official guild. You didn't tell us who your guild master was."

"Oh, we don't have one."

"What? Then who keeps order?"

"We listen to each other, and if arguing gets out of hand, me, Jeric or Sarah beat them up."

There was a silence.

"Okay," Sighed the voice. "We're also calling because the Council has decided to send you and two other guilds, Fairy Tail and Sabertooth on a joint mission to take down a dark guild."

"Okay!"

"Have a good day."

"Bye!"

"Lucy?" Asked Carmina. "Why are you so happy?"

"Because it's finally time..."

I turned and faced all of my family.

"HEY GUYS!" I yelled. "GUESS WHAT!?"

"WHAT?!" Replied Mayu.

"TOMORROW WE START PHASE ONE OF OUR REVENGE!"

"WHAT PHASE? WE DON'T HAVE A PLAN!" Yelled Ethan.

"I KNOW, IT JUST SOUNDS COOL! BASICALLY, I MEAN, TOMORROW, WE GET TO MAKE FAIRY TAIL'S LIFE LIVING HELL."

The cheers that erupted from our guild, must have been heard world wide.
