Chapter 23

Maxi stops out side a yellow run down peer front pub .

' PATSY's PUB' .
How original , This must be it !

Maxi walks in first and the pub is dead but immediately We are greeted by a Chorus of cheers from the lads down the back .
I laugh out loud before Jamie's grabs holds of my shoulders and shakes me .
"Where's Evie ?" he asks hurriedly .
"I dunno " I reply and I shrug him off me before I go and greet the others .

Michelle , dora and Ben are sat on stools on one side of the table ,
Harry , Freya and Dora are sat in the wall booth opposite them so I sit beside Harry .
"Hello stranger " he smiles and
He nudges against me playfully .

"Well who's this pretty little thing ?" somebody calls out and I look up to see a fat bald Middle Aged man smiling down at me.

"Pasty this is Riley , Evie's half sister " Jamie replies before dropping a tray of pints on the table .
I half smile up at him and I reach out to grab my pint .
"Aren't you a nice sight " he says with a crooked smile .
"He's a pervert Jamie " Michelle mutters under her breath and Jamie laughs out loud .

"That round is on me " Pasty winks placing his hand on my shoulder and I shudder at his touch on my skin .

"Should be , we are the only customers" Harry jokes and pasty hits him over the head with his newspaper.

"Behave styles " he warns before walking away muttering under his breath to himself .

"You two are just in time for the first round but where's Zayn ?" Jamie asks and I glance quickly at maxi nervously.

"He was getting Evie like you asked " Maxi replies and shrugs his shoulders casually before we exchange a quick glance at each other again ..

"Any pills ?" Harry asks but everybody shakes there head in disappointment.

"I have splif " Maxi replies and Harry sighs but takes the blue tin off him anyway and starts on that .

"Fucking hell why are we here " Freya moans .

"Because its the only pub we can get served in besides the club and that's fucking worse on a Tuesday " Harry replies in deadpan .

"Plus the drink is cheap " Jamie winks and he skulls his pint messily before slamming the glass onto the table wiping his mouth with the sleeve of his T-shirt .
He's disgusting ..

I sip my pint as we listen to Dora and her imaginative story's from the weekend ,
Jamie and Ben start to take the piss out of her but she's oblivious and burps loudly regardless.

Even that makes me giggle ..

"Right kitty fund " Freya says and she tosses £13 into a empty glass .
Everybody rummages thru there pockets and pops in some money .

I pop in a £10 note and £4 pounds in change .

"Should be enough " Jamie says and he gets another round in .

"What was everybody up to last night?" Harry asks and again I glance maxi's way ,
He hands me a cigarette and winks .

"Fuck all " Freya replies and she winks at me too .

"I had a date " Michelle smiles .
"With who ?" Freya cries out almost spitting her beer across the table .

"Anthony stoke from geography class" she smiles and we all laugh out loud.
He's such a freak !
She gives us the finger and she gulps her pint .

Again silence takes over and I play with the misplaced tea spoon on the table . I rub it against my dress before pressing it to my nose . I pull Harry's jumper to grab his attention and suddenly he laughs out loud turning everybody's attention on me .
