A uphill slope

The kiss - Part 6

When I woke up I took a shower, got dressed and had my breakfast and then running out the door with my gym clothes in my backpack. I sped up to get there faster and hoping Emily was there. When I arrived I started off by checking myself in and quickly scanning the room as I went to the waiting line to the counter searching for Emily or my trainer.

"Hi Daniel"

this wasn't a normal girl voice, this was the extremely girlish voice who's name I never learned, last time we met she didn't have a nametag but luckily this time she did. The nametag read Rachel Ceraz. Atleast I know her name now.

"Hi Rachel" I said hoping she didn't see me looking at her nametag the same time I said her name

"I saw you leaving with Emily yesterday, what were you two doing?" She said it almost like she knew it was gonna happen and was happy about it.

"Oh we just went out for some chinese food and talked."

"Sounds fun, oh and she's in there on the treadmill again... If you were wondering."

I went in and went on the treadmill next to her, looking at the timer on the treadmill to see how long she has been here. 3 minutes.

"How's your day been going?"

"It's been ok, the showers were being hogged by the other girls today and there was a line, so a very boring morning"

And now my mind is filled with women showering, great. As if I haven't lost enough blood in my body already.

"So you wanna do anything later today?"

"Sure, we could go get some tea and then go to my dorm"

Go to her dorm?, I assume she lives alone in there then.

"Sounds like fun."

We talked a lot and when our physical training for today was nearly done we talked quite a lot and she even came onto me a few times, so did I but I was smoother atleast, well... In my opinion I was.

"Lets meet back here when were done changing"

"Alright"

I finished changing first so I waited for her to be done, Rachel came over and talked to me about Emily, how they were friends and she told me to take it slow with Emily. That she has been hurt before. Did she have another boyfriend before me? Why did he leave her, maybe because of her family but that wouldn't scare me off.

"Ok, lets go."

We chatted on our way over to the tea shop and when we finally arrived we seemed to start kicking it off.

The waiter seemed to know her as if Emily came here often. We ordered some tea and some food and sat at a table.

"How's it going moving in to your aunt's place?"

"It's happening slowly but it's getting there"

Once we were done with the tea and the food, we headed out to her dorm, she grabbed my arm and dragged me over there, she was faster than me and didn't seem to notice the only reason I was keeping up was because of her dragging me.

"What do you think?"

"Its nice" girlish, but still nice.

She seemed more cheery than before, like she was extremely excited or something and she was filled with energy. She then kissed me, I started kissing her back and before we knew it we were in her bed, she was on top of me and we slowly undressed each other, we then noticed our mistake. Neither of us had condoms, but there were still other things we could do. Once we were done we were exhausted and just layed next to each other, with her head resting on my shoulder but we were still wide awake.

"Can you sleep over?"

"Sure"

She smiled and then kissed me on the lips.

"Why were there x-ray's being taken off you?"

"How did you..."

"I was walking by the x-ray room and saw them taking x-ray pictures of you." She looked up at me very innocently, her eyes looking at me like a puppy trying to get a treat from me.

"I have a very serious bone problem and they were checking if the accident made a bigger impact then it looked like and if there were any other injuries since my pain tolerance has gotten very high and I can't feel minor injuries. That's why I take it slow at the gym. It was so serious when I was born the doctors didn't know what to do with me, they'd never treated anyone with as weak bones as I do."

"Wow"

"yeah..."

There was a small silence, but then I realised that when we were together, my mind was completely distracted from my bones, and it felt great, I didn't feel the pain anymore. Made me wish that this moment could go on forever. We then fell asleep.
