Chapter 10: Finding the Moon Place

Kourin

I never thought of seeing Min and the others like this, but I can't let them know about Achi's condition. 

Min steps forward towards me. "Kourin. I don't know what's going on, but you have to tell us. Where's Aichi? 

We been worried sick about him, and everyone we know doesn't know that he existed! " 

I knew that Min, Kai , and Aichi were close. They were the best of friends. 

I said, "You shouldn't go looking for Aichi, Min. You wouldn't understand the risks." 

Naoki said, felt completely confused of my words, " Kourin, what you mean by we don't understand the risks?

This is Aichi , our mate , that you're talking about! If you know where he is hiding , you have to tell us! " 

Misaki said, "Don't bother to ask, guys. She's with the Quatre Knights. She's our enemy now." 

I look back from them as I use the teleporting portal to the Moon Place. 

"Kourin!" Kamui yells .

We left Leon's place as we entered Card Capital to gather some plan to find Aichi. 

" I still don't get it. Why did Kourin act like that when she saw us?" Miwa asks us as I remembered what she had said. 

"You wouldn't understand the risks." 

What does Kourin mean by that? All these questions felt unanswered , and it seems like there was something so big that Aichi wouldn't bother to tell us. 

Min stands up, "Well, we can't just stand here doing nothing! We have to find Aichi ourselves and find out what's going on!" 

Miwa said, "Yeah, I know how you feel , Min, but we don't know exactly where Aichi is , remember?"  

The room felt intense as we remain silent of what to do with the our situation. Although there were so many questions of why Aichi wants to do with the Quatre Knights, it really doesn't mean that something really happened to him that we don't know about?

Naoki suddenly spoke up, "Hey, come to think about it, I do remember something that could be useful to us." 

Min looks at Naoki with a curious , yet determined expression, "Well, spill it out! We have to find Aichi and figure all of this out!" 

Kamui said, "Calm down, Min! I know that you are willing to go extreme measures to find big bro, so take it easy." 

I nod, "Kamui has a point . We can't literally find Aichi that way. What would he do if he saw you acting like this?" 

"So, what is it you want to tell us , Naoki?" Misaki asks curiously, changing the subject. 

"Well, Remember how Kourin was leaving us? What if she went outside of Earth somehow?" 

Kamui said, "You really thinking Big bro would be somewhere Kourin went to? Why you say that in the first place! 

Let's get going, you guys!" 

He dashes off as Min sighs with regret. Even though I was the one who knew she has the same ability as Aichi, having the ability of Psyqualia, I am quite worried about her. 

We continue on our way, we stepped into a light. 

It shone so bright that we covered our eyes. 

As the light disappeared, we were in a different place from Earth. 

"Where are we?" Misaki asks. 

Miwa looks outside, as his eyes were mesmerized of what he has seen. 

Min

I followed Miwa's glance, as I too was in total shock of where we are. "Um... guys , I think we just landed on the moon." 

Indeed I was correct, but none of that matters, because that we're not just in outer space, we're in a place! 

"This has to be some sort of dream. It has to be ." Naoki exclaimed , looking around . 

"How could you say that, I mean, this place seems incredibly huge! " Kamui said in total awe. 

As we were walking, a red girl appeared. 

"Who are you?" Misaki asks. 

The red girl seems to be irate that we entered into the place. "You really shouldn't come. Don't you care about Aichi?" 

The moment we hear his name, it came to me to realize that she must known Aichi , but why she know about him?

What is her purpose here?

Misaki steps forward, "I challenge you ." 

I said, "Misaki... are you sure? I don't like us being separated like this." 

"It's the only way we'll see Aichi again, Min. We don't have any choice here." 

I was worried about her decision, but Kai just touches my shoulder as I said in total amazement of my best friend, "Kai." 

"Misaki can take care of herself, Min. She'll be fine." Kai reassures me as I glanced at the red-hair girl. 

"Before we leave you with your Cardfight with Misaki, where exactly are we, and who are you?" 

"My name is Ratie, I'm one of the Quatre Knights and this place is a sacred one. This is the Moon Place." Ratie introduces herself.
