"There has been a bombing at a local apartment complex killing eight men," Mark sighs. He runs his hands through his hair in frustration at the news.

"Have there been any arrests?" Mark asks flatly.

"No sir, local law enforcement and the FBI are on it though,"

Mark nods, "good, we're not getting involved,"

"Yes sir." With that Mark is left alone in his office.

He sits back in his chair and stares at the roof; Forster, Joel, Drew, the virus, all swim in his mind.

Forster needs to prioritise his time and work on his own work, not go around stalking agents which could put his and the agents life in danger.

Joel's rendezvous with Drew; Mark can't prove it, but he is certain she and Drew have been talking. He can't do anything about it because it's not her job to bring her in but he worries non the less.

Drew, she's becoming less and less of a threat and Mark is considering pulling the plug on the case all together. There's no point in putting in resources into something that's not a threat; it's a waste of time and man power, because even if they do find Drew, nobody can or will bring her in. Not even him.

The virus, that's another story, nothing. The furthest they've gone is finding out its a virus and that's it.

Mark hears his door open and he sits up slowly and looks at who's at the door; the person is wearing a cap and a uniform but Mark doesn't know them, "hello?"

The person closes the door and locks it, they take off the cap and smile at Mark, "hello,"

Mark can't help but laugh, one; because of how ridiculous Drew looks in the uniform, two; because of the fact that she made it to the sixteenth floor in a building full of trained agents and even assassins without being caught, and lastly, she made it to his office and smiled at him.

Mark wipes the tears of laughter from his eyes, "you never cease to amaze me Drew," Mark chuckles and tries to control his laughter.

Drew sighs and shakes her head, "this is important Mark, everyone is in danger, Joel is in danger,"

Mark stops laughing and smiling at Drew's urgent and serious tone, "what do you mean?"

Drew walks to Mark's table and goes on the live news network covering the bombing story. Mark listens to the story and shakes his head in confusion.

"I know about this, what does this have to do with any..."

"Three bodies were found in the underground parking area all pronounced dead, the cause of death suspected to be stab wounds..." Mark hears something heavy drop on his desk and he jumps slightly and sees it's a blade and a bloody handkerchief.

"You caused the bombing?"

"I had to,"

"You could have hurt somebody!"

"But I didn't!" Drew sighs and sits across from Mark, "I made sure I didn't, but that's not the problem; the problem is those guys were looking for me, for Joel and for the people who were at the warehouse,"

"How do you know?"

"Because they were traps, I'm almost positive they were watching and wanted to know who was on them or investigating the virus. They want everyone out of the way,"

"So they know you?"

Drew chuckles, "of course not, but your guys aren't as careful as I am. They don't know about you guys yet, only of me and I'd like to keep it that way,"
