Dr Shrivannov moves around her laboratory fluidly as she prepares to destroy the laboratory; she looks at the unconscious bodies on her floor, she sighs and turns to her henchmen.

"Wake them up," she requests.

The men roughly push them around till they all show signs of life. As they come to, they notice the unfamiliar surroundings and panic for a second.

"Who are you?" Joel asks the woman staring at them.

Dr Shrivannov looks at Joel and narrows her eyes at her, she opens her mouth about to speak, "where's Drew?" Mark asks in panic cutting the doctor before she can get a word out.

The doctor stands and motions to a man standing in front of a door, the man nods and opens the door and Drews limp body falls out making the others gasp at the condition of her body.

"Is she okay?" Joel asks before she runs to Drew but strong arms hold her and toss her back to the others with ease.

"She's fine," the doctor speaks for the first time. Once she realises she has everyone's attention she sighs and makes her way to Drew, "she woke up hours before any of you," she lifts Drews head, Drew groans and the doctor smiles, "she's a tough one, my men got bored of waiting for you guys to wake up so," she shrugs.

Joel feels her stomach tighten; Mark growls and makes a move to attack the doctor but just before he could lay a finger on her the man who opened the door knees him in the gut dropping him instantly.

The doctor chuckles, "someone's not happy," she lifts Marks face with her index finger and smiles, "don't feel too bad, you'll suffer a similar fate,"

"You bitch!" Mark shouts before spitting in her face.

The doctor narrows her eyes on Mark, she slaps him; the sound echoing off the walls and making everyone in the room wince.

The doctor starts laughing, she nods lightly, "she certainly is a lot quicker than you are," she says motioning to Drew, "I can see why she's your best,"

Mark looks at the doctor with a frown, "what are you talking about?"

The doctor shrugs, "she recognised me a lot quicker than you did," she smiles and her eyes land on Joels, her smile turns into a smirk, "I'm not surprised she's seen me at my barest and most vulnerable," she winks at Joel.

Joel growls in anger, "what are you even talking about?"

"Come on Mark, you searched for her for so long and you didn't pay attention?" The doctor turns to Mark and tilts her head, "you almost had me killed,"

Mark looks at Dr Shrivannov, looking for any signs of familiarity but comes up short. He narrows his eyes on her and when she stops smiling he sees it, "you're that woman she was with the last time we found her,"

"Bingo!" The doctor claps her hands, "yes, that's me!" She spreads her arms. She walks to Drew and kneels next to her, "I actually loved this piece of shit," she says feeling her heart break slightly, "but I guess the feeling wasn't mutual,"

She stands up and walks to her desk and picks up a syringe with a purple liquid in it, "what's that?" Joel asks not bothering to hide the fear in her voice.

The doctor walks to Drew and injects the liquid into her, as she does this; her heart beats faster as she remembers all their moments together, how the woman managed to make her laugh, smile and happy. She closes her eyes to stop any sign of vulnerability from showing.

She takes a deep breath and pulls the needle out, "it's the virus," she replies.

Everyone in the room panics and the doctor turns to her men who are slightly shaken up and sighs, "you're heartless," Joel chokes out after failing to hold in a sob. Violet holds Joel to her and tries conforting her while she herself tries not to breakdown.

"Take them away," the doctor requests without turning to anyone, she can't afford to let them see the tears she's shedding, "NOW!"

Everyone flinches and the room is cleared soon after, when she's sure she's alone she let's out a sob and turns to Drew, "why couldn't you love me?" She asks in anger.

Drew groans and makes an attempt to move but can't because of the pain she's in. Drew can't seem to hold onto a thought, all she feels is pain and she's never felt anything quite like this.

The doctor walks to Drew and helps her to sit up against the wall, she kneels in front of Drew and looks at her bruised bloody face, "I loved you so much," she whispers.

Drew grunts and tries to speak but coughs out blood instead, she opens her eyes and she makes eye contact with the woman making her smile lightly.

The doctor feels her heart clench at the action and can't help but feel horrible.

Drew lightly shakes her head with much effort, "I would never..." is all she's able to get out before she coughs out more blood and feels her muscles tense. She starts gasping for air.

Drew starts to seize and all the doctor can do is sit and watch as the woman she once loved dies in front of her. The doctor watches as Drew's violet seizure starts to slow down and soon stops altogether.

"I'm sorry," she sniffs and wipes her eyes and nose while standing up and walking away from Drew.

She walks to her desk and picks up her packed bag before heading to the door; she turns to Drew one more time before walking out.

She realises it's eerily quite and she frowns as she quickly makes her way out of the building only to come face to face with Mark who's holding a gun to her head, "Drew should have killed you when she had the chance,"

The doctor shakes her head, "how...?"

"We're agents for a reason, idiot," Joel says as she clicked her gun from behind the doctor and snatches the bag out of her hands, "where's the antidote?"

"In there, but it's too late; she died from her injuries," the doctor says voiding all emotion.

Joel hits the doctor with the butt of the gun; she got off of one the henchmen, on the temple. Joel runs back to the room they had been dragged out of earlier and sees Drew's beat up lifeless body against the wall.

She runs and holds her head between her hands, "Drew?" She whispers but there's no response, "please say something," she let's her tears run down her cheeks freely before pressing her lips on her forehead, "please wake up,"

Violet watches the scene and she can't help but recoil at the feeling in her chest and stomach at seeing both; Joel's pain and heartbreak, and Drew's lifeless body on the floor.

Justin puts his hand on Joel's shoulder in comfort and sighs, "come on," he says softly.

Joel stands and buries her head in his neck and starts sobbing. All Justin can do is hold her and coo her, he gently rubs her back and closes his eyes so he doesn't have to look at the dead body in front of him.

Mark feels for a pulse on Drew's neck and he silently prays she was faking, when he feels the slightest beat his eyes widen.

"She's barely alive, call an ambulance!" He starts CPR immediately.
