bela woke up before mahir which was a rare occurrence since he only slept for 3 hours a day. she didn't even know how he was able to function normally. bela, on the other hand, needed her sleep or she would get moody.she just laid on the bed looking at his peaceful face. he slept with a smile on his face, hugging bela close to him. bela was happy to be the one who got to see him like this, so peaceful and serene. then she remembered that his birthday was tomorrow and she had to get everything ready by midnight. they would go home in the morning where everyone had planned a surprise party in the evening for mahir.
she got up and got dressed. she came to the room to find that mahir was in the bathroom. so she called the hotel and told them to set everything up when mahir went for work.
a pair of hands wrapped around her from beg=hind and a voice spoke,"good morning, beautiful."to which bela instantly smiled and relaxed and said,"good morning my darling husband."
they shared a kiss and then mahir went to work and bela set everything up. her plans were of surprising mahir but she didn't know that they were about to get the biggest surprise of their lives...
mahir came to their hotel room at around midnight to see the room filled with candles, a cake on the bed and flowers decorated all around the room.
then he looked at bela and he couldn't help but think that she looked so beautiful.
"happy birthday mahir ji" bela spoke as she hugged her husband.
mahir was surprised and happy that he thanked bela and hugged her. it was perfect and the best surprise of his life.
they cut the cake and mahir sat on the bed with bela sitting on lap as they just sat together enjoying everything. they talked about anything and everything until they both fell asleep.
later around 3 o' clock in the morning bela woke up and mahir was nowhere to be found. she got worried but then suddenly a huge goled ichhadhari snake entered into the room. she was about to ask who it was but then it changed into mahir who fainted as soon as he changed into human form.

bela realised that mahir was a naag. it was his 27th birthday and that was the day the males came into their naag form. bela was ecstatic but also worried at the same time about how mahir would take the news and if he would want to live with her forever....
the next morning..
both bela and mahir woke up and got ready. bela knew that she had to talk to him before they went home to celebrate his birthday. so as they were ready she told him everything about last night. to say mahir was shocked was an understatement. she told him how to shift into his snake form and he was able to successfully do so. they spent the next few hours talking and bela taught mahir everything about naags and naagins. they decided not to tell the family, except for mahir's parents and find out how he became a naag...
they reached home and everyone shouted 'happy birthday' to mahir as soon as he entered. mahir was pleasantly surprised. yuvi just stood there in a corner glaring at mahir while everyone else celebrated. soon the night was over and everyone went to their rooms to sleep. mahir held onto bela as they both laid in their bed, cuddling. bela was fast asleep and mahir was left wondering about the day's events. he was happy to be able to spend forever with his bela and on the other hand, he wanted to find out how he became a naag because both his parents were human. he want sleep knowing that his questions would be answered tomorrow when they went to gurudev at haveli. what he didn't know was that some of his questions would be answered sooner than that.....
