Chapter 1: QUEEN BEE'S BACK

Colette's PoV-
Wearing a simple blue Prada dress with the latest Chanel bag, I walked down the wooden staircase. Getting late for school like always, I just grabbed an apple and got straight to my black limo where Aiden was sitting, listening to music. When I opened the door of my limo, I was welcomed by an apple being chucked right on my face, "What the fuck, bro?!" I screamed.

"I thought I heard your tummy grumble!" Aiden said laughing.

"It's my first day as a senior, and I need to look perfect."

" Oh, want to please too many guys, huh?"

I just sat down rolling my eyes and ignored him. The chauffeur shut the door behind me and drove towards Kady's house. Aiden, of course, settled his hair and looked at himself in his phone to make sure he looked a debonair. I've known that my brother has had a crush on my best friend, Kady since a very long time now.

He's the perfect boyfriend people could ask for, being the golden boy of school, having grey eyes and dirty blonde hair. In simple words, my brother is 'Perfect'. And he's also the captain of the football team.

The limo stopped at Kady's house. Aiden opened the door and got out.

"Where are...", I was cut off by the door being slammed on my face. I knew why he was out but could do with a little teasing.

After a few minutes, Aiden opened the door and Kady entered. Without even wasting a second she jumped on me and hugged me tightly, literally choking me. She had just returned from Paris after her long vacation. I had been dying to meet her and hugged her back.

" I think I am dying", I managed to choke out. She let go off me and smiled at me.

" I missed you too, bitch."

I have known Kady since kindergarten. We have been the best of friends since then. I've always thought that she'd be great for Aiden. Of course who wouldn't want a beautiful girl with light brown hair and blue eyes? She attracted guys towards her like a magnet. She was that kind of a girl who dumped a boy after every two weeks, getting bored with the last one. She also gets straight A's in most of her subjects and is the girls' soccer team captain.

Kady sat down next to me and automatically my attention turned toward Aiden. " Where were you, 'big brother'?" I asked as he sat down.

"Had to take in some fresh air. Your perfume was suffocating me."

"Oh really!" I said, raising my eyebrows and with a smirk on my face.

The colour slowly appeared on his cheeks as I burst out laughing. Interrupting the embarrassing situation Aiden was facing, Kady asked, "What the fuck is going here? Will someone tell me?"

"Nothing, nothing at all", Aiden said too quickly for her to believe. Kady and I talked for the rest of the journey about her trip and Aiden did not even utter a word. Our limo came to a halt.

As I came out of my car, I was being gazed at and everybody moved aside for me to walk.

All of a sudden someone from the crowd yelled, "The Queen Bee's back, looking hot as ever!"

I instantly recognised the voice. Obviously. It had to be Zach Whitman, my crazy stupid friend, who came running towards me and hugged me. After that, Aiden and Zach did their 'guy thing'. We headed towards our lockers.

While taking out my English book, my phone buzzed. There was this ticklish feeling in my stomach. I knew what the message would be even before looking at the screen. A secret. This unknown person sent me secrets of different people and their families. I had tried to block this number but always got a message from a new number every other day and it was almost impossible to track this number. As nothing worked I stopped trying and instead, used the secrets to save myself in times of trouble.

Kady came and stood behind me as I was just going to see the message and we both read it together, "The girl who sits beside you in English, The girl who wants your power, The girl with red hair, has a secret she wants unrevealed." Below this message was a picture of Isabella kissing a girl in the girls' bathroom.

Kady and I were amused to see the image and burst out laughing.

" What the fuck! First she goes around kissing every other guy in school and now turns out to be lesbian?"Kady said still laughing.

" You seem more excited than me for the messages I receive."

"Of course, I mean this person has been sending you secrets for 4 years now. I think that someone might have a crush on you."

"I am straight." I said with a frown.

"I never mentioned the gender", she spoke defensively. Arms wrapped around Kady and she turned. It was her current boyfriend who was obviously going to get dumped in some time. I felt bad for those boys whom she dumped but, it was fine. Who cares anyways?

Kady headed with Jason for their class while I went for my English class. As I saw Isabella sitting in her usual seat, I snickered. The whole class glanced in my direction, confused about my sudden reaction.

"It's nothing, just carry on", I said.

As I walked towards my seat, Isabella said, "Look who's here! Bloody attitudy bitch."

I bent down turning my voice into a whisper, "Izzy, did you not have fun in the girls bathroom that now you need a victim to play your stupid little games on? Should I tell the class about your time in the girls' bathroom?"

Her face turned scarlet with embarrassment. I took my seat with a smirk on my face.
