Jack Frost Winter Spirit

Jack's POV

There was noise everywhere. The cars, driving here and there. Beeping and screeching. People were patiently waiting for the cars to stop. The wind swept a few leaves off the streets. People everywhere. I have something they don't have by waiting.

I can fly. Well I don't know how I got it in the first place but I just figured it out. The wind would carry me everywhere and I'm light as a small snowflake. At least I don't have to stand and wait for the cars to pass then walk. Good thing I can fly.

It maybe a good sight today but I have to keep going. The wind's going to take me for sure.

"Hey wind take me somewhere else!" I shouted.

I reached out my staff and I found myself drifting through the wind. It feels good to fly.

I cried of joy like a little kid again. I stretched out my arms and marveled at the sight of the street growing smaller, cars and people looking tiny like ants. I laughed and saw a park below.

Then I landed softly on the ground. Wow! This place sure is snowy. Let me see what's going on here.

"Hey catch!" A boy said.

Little children are playing. Flying their kites, chasing each other and some are playing hide-and-seek. It's good sight to see this children playing around. Should I at least join the fun?

So I chased them and then everyone ran for their dear life. I found myself laughing then I made a snowball and threw it at a kid who's reading a book. Realizing he's been hit, a frown qucikly formed on his face.

" Come on you guys, don't get this bad." He whined.

I laughed at his reaction. I made and threw another snowball at him. His frown grew even more but he scooped up some snow and hurled it at some random kid whom he thought he started it, which was me by the way.

"Jamie, that's so not nice." A kid told him. His name's Jamie huh? Well Jamie, this is time you can get a winters fight of a lifetime.

I threw snowballs everywhere. Then it caused the children to throw snowballs at each other. Now we're having a blast of throwing snowballs here and there. I chased them and now the real fun is coming back now. I tried not to laugh as I saw a kid getting hit by a snowball then he landed in the snow, face first. Haha this is so much fun!

I looked around but I lost sight of the boy named Jamie. He was riding on some sort of a sled in a snowy hill.

I went there and climbed in a tree branch to see what will happen.

" Ready guys?" Jamie said as he was putting on some goggles.

" Ready!" Shouted some kids with him riding on the sled.

By the count of three, someone gave them a boost and down they went sliding. I followed them.

These children have smiles on their faces. It gives me joy to see this children smiling. But something's not going to be good.

While they're not noticing, a large pole was in the middle. If they won't stop, they'll get hit. No not these children! I have to act fast.

Think Jack! Think! Then an idea came to me. By creating a large snow pile, these should get the kids to safety. I summoned my staff to make a snow pile and right on time, they bumped into the snow pile but none of them got hurt. I sighed in relief.

After the kids stood up and brushed some snow off of their clothes, I glanced at Jamie who was smiling now. It made me smile too.

" Hey Jamie want another-"
