A James Maslow Love Story

Chapter 21: Week of the Wedding

          It is now September and you're exactly one month away from marrying James. The previous owners of your new home have moved and the home is officially yours and James'. You had chosen the Malibu beach house (Charlie's house on Two and a Half Men) and you were currently preparing to move in. James called the landlord of the apartment and said that all of your things would be moved out by October 14th. You were gonna spend the week leading up to your wedding moving boxes from James' apartment to a storage unit and he was going to stay with Kendall and you were gonna stay with Mica.

          Once you and James got home from finishing your wedding registry, you went through every tiny detail for the wedding. Almost all of your things were already in the storage unit and you and James were just waiting for the week of your wedding to arrive.

          It was now Sunday, October 14th. Your wedding was this Saturday and you couldn't believe that it was finally here. You had your final dress fitting on Friday and it fit perfectly. Your mom and Denise cried when they saw you in your dress and veil. Your dress was currently hanging on the back of Mica's closet door; ready to go to the church on Saturday morning. 

          You and James were currently packing up the final boxes and putting them in the bed of your truck. Once you were in the truck and on the road heading to the storage unit, James reached over and grabbed your hand and said "I can't believe that we're gonna be Mr and Mrs on Saturday" You looked over at him and smiled and said me too as the two of you headed down the road. James let go of your hand and started looked at the watch you gave him for his 28th birthday. "It's only 11:30, do you wanna stop for lunch after this?" "Yeah, I'll call Mica and Kendall and have them meet us"

          After you dropped the boxes off at the storage unit, you and James headed to meet Kendall and Mica for lunch. 

          After lunch, you and Mica went to the mall to look for shoes for the wedding. Mica ended up getting a pair of tan wedge heels and you were still looking for yours when you saw a pair of 4 inch heels that were the same color as your dress, so you bought them and headed back to Mica's apartment. You were getting all of the chalkboard signs written when you got a text from James saying he was gonna have to work late at the studio and that he wouldn't be able to make it to dinner and that Kendall was going with him, so you and Mica ordered pizza and watched chick flicks before going to bed.

        

          It was now the night before your wedding and you were sitting in the bathtub, daydreaming about what tomorrow would bring. You were finishing shaving when you heard your phone go off. It was a text from James:

Future Hubby <3: Hey babe. I've missed sleeping next to you this past week. I can't wait to see you tomorrow. I love you

          It was now around 10:00 at night and you and Mica were drinking a glass of wine on her patio. You didn't want a bachelorette party. All you wanted was to spend some time drinking and talking with your maid of honor. After the 3rd glass of wine, you and Mica decided to go to bed. The church was gonna be open for you to start getting ready at 7:30 and you and Mica were gonna go and put finishing touches on everything before everyone else got there. The wedding started at 1:00 PM and James would get there between 11:00 and 11:30 with Kendall. You couldn't wait to see him.
