I was walking to my next class with my friend, EunMi, when i was stopped by Kim Jongin, the newest kingka at my school. The kingas were Kim Wonshik (Ravi), Lee Minho, Yoo Ba Rom (Rome), Park Se Hyuk (P-Goon), Han Sang Hyuk, Lee Hongbin, Bang Yongguk and Kim Jongin (Kai)
My friend immediately made a disgusted face and tried to pull me away from him. "No, i just want to ask ______ something." "No she will not be your next hit and run so ju-." Eunmi tried to say before Jongin chuckled, making us give him a confused look.
"I wasnt going to ask that. I was going to ask if i could hang out with you two. I get tired always being around the guys but i understand if im not wanted." Jongin said, turning to leave but something in me told me to stop him. "No, its ok. You can hang with us."
Eunmi gave me a shocked look but didnt protest, well out loud anyway, im sure she was thinking many things in her mind. Jongin turned around and smiled before nodding and offering me his hand, since we had the next class together.
*EARLIER*
*KAI's P.O.V*
I was sitting with Ravi and Rome when Minho came up talking to P-Goon about some girl they were trying to get with. I hadnt really been listening but when i heard _____'s name i immediately started paying attention.
When Minho said he and P-Goon were giving up and said she was up for grabs i immediately raised my hand, getting some looks since i was new. I, unlike some of these guys, actually cared about how a girl feels and respected them.
Only because when i was younger, i found out my father used to abuse my mom and older sisters. So I got a job and im saving up so we could move out. I promised myself i would never become like my father.
Now that doesnt mean im a good kid. I smoke and sometimes me and the other 'kingkas' will go out drinking, maybe get in a fight with some other guys. Its not something im proud of, so i always tell my mom im going somewhere to study, i just couldnt bare to see the dissapointment in my moms eyes if i told her.
So i got up and went to find ______.
*COUPLE OF DAYS LATER*
*YOUR P.O.V*
Eunmi and i were currently sitting on a bench on the side of the school, just talking about random things until i brought up Kai.
Some where over the last couple of days, i found myself falling for Kai. He was different from the other kingkas, he seemed to actually care about getting to know a girl and not just hooking up with her.
This of course didnt settle to well with her. She started telling me to be careful and not to fall for his tricks. I of course just waved her off, because nothing she could say would change my mind. I am in love with Kim Jongin.
Eunmi just sighed and we walked home. When we got there we found a familar figure waiting for me on the front porch. Eunmi warned me one more time before walking to her house.
"Hi Kai." I greeted until i noticed that he had a black eye. "What happened?" I helped him up and pulled him inside to the kitchen to get an ice pack.
"My dad and i got in a fight." Kai had told me about his family situation a while ago. "Oh, well here this should help with the swelling." I said, as i gently placed the ice pack on his eye.
"Thank you, ______. I dont know why you bother to help me though. Im useless. Im not a model student nor a model person. I constantly lie to my mom, im probably going to end up dropping out, the things i do arent doing me any good, if anything they're slowly kil-." I cut him off by kissing him.
Pulling away, i looked into his brown eyes. "You arent useless. And if you want to change then, i'll help you. I'll help you with homework and help you pick your life up. We'll do it together." I said, taking his hand in my much smaller one.
"Well then since we are going to do it together, will you be my girlfriend?" "Lets get your grades up and then we'll see."

Its now been 3 weeks since me and Kai made that promise and he is really improving. He got his grades up from all F's to at least a B-. He no longer smokes or drinks, now we usually go to the park or something.
He saved up enough to get his mom and sister out of that house and away from their father. Now we were sitting in the park working on the homework we had been assigned to do.
"Hey, ______-ah. Remember when we made that promise?" Kai asked, making me look up from the problem i was working on. "Yeah, wae?" "Well remember i had asked if you would be my girlfriend and you said once i got my grades up. Well im a B average student now....."
Kai trailed off and scratched the back of his neck. It was weird seeing him so vulnerable and shy. Im sure if anyone from school saw him like this they would be confused.
"True, hmm yes." Kai tilted his head to the side. "Yes what?" I rolled my eyes and kissed him, but i pulled away when he tried to make the kiss deeper, causing him to whine a little. "Why did you pull away?"
"Here how about for every problem you answer, correctly, you can get a kiss. Ok?" I suggested watching as Kai's eyes brighten before he hurried started answering problems. I giggled at his cuteness before continuing my own work.
Hmmm, Mrs. Jongin. I like the sound of that.

Aww Kai is absolutely adorable!
At first i wasnt a big Jongin fan but after a while i couldnt help but fall for his smile and dorky personality.
And that body, i mean thats just a plus. :)
