Chapter 6

Y/N P.O.V

"Here we are."

We had just arrived at the dining area and I was starving.

I could already smell barbecue and I wasn't even near the food. I barley remember the last time I ate a good meal. The orphanages always gave us stale old meals. Leaving me barley satisfied.

"Are you going to eat ?" Nico turned to me. He was waiting for an answer

"Oh yes. Sorry forgive me.i just kinda spaced out." He gave a soft smile and put a hand on my head. "No need to apologize. Come I'll show you what there is to eat." And I followed.

Nico lead me to a table filled with all different kinds of food.

From brisket to pizza to quessedias ( idk if you spell it like that but it's a Mexican dish. ) and much more.

"You can get whatever you want. Once you do that get a goblet over there." nico pointed to another table with golden goblets on there. He picked one up and gave it to me. "Think of a drink you like. Say it and it'll appear in the goblet." I thought for a second. "Apple juice . " And in a matter of seconds apple juice filled up the cup. "Amazing".

"Yeah if you think so." nico said with less than interest considering the tone of his voice.

"Well it is pretty cool. Let me try something.

Purple apple juice!" and then the apple juice turned purple.

"Awesome!" I laughed like a little child.

Nico shook his head and spoke. "You impress easily don't you. "

"Kinda." I said smiling.

"Ill have to show you something later on." Wonder what he ment by that.

I got my food which was pizza considering I haven't had it in a long time.

We walked to where all the tables were that was occupied by many campers.

"So do I just sit where I want ?" I asked

"No. Not until your godly parent claims you. For now you'll sit at the Hermes table. " He said pointing at a table filled with many girls and guys laughing and talking.

"Okay. So that means your going to sit at your table."

I asked

"I'm not going to eat." He said bluntly.

"Ill see you later okay?"

i nodded

"Okay. See you later nico."

He smiled and headed to the opposite direction of the tables.

Well Y/N let's go.

As I was walking to he Hermes table two boys that looked like twins stopped me.

"Hello newbie. What's your name ?" they said at the same time.

"Hi. I'm Y/N."

The two boys observed me for a second. They poked my cheeks a few times and whispers amoung themselves.

It was a little uncomfortable.

They both had brown hair along with brown eyes. One was shorter than the other and they both had pointy ears. Like an elf. I could tell they were mischievous.

" Hey Y/N. We're Connor and Travis. You'll have to guess which one is which. Come on. Let's go eat. "

Each of them hooked an arm with mine and walked me to the table.
