"Well it's not my fault they're so sensitive." She rolled her eyes, setting the baking pan on the counter.
"They're babies!" Luke said, laughing as Ashley dropped the bag of Nuggie's onto the floor.
"You're right, this is on you two." She said, finally placing the chicken nuggets into the oven and then turning to look at us. "But besides, you're going to be my maid of honor right?" She asked, turning her focus to me.
"If you really want me too, yes." I smiled.
"Thank you. God how did we end up here?" Ashley sighed, resting her arms on the counter.
"I have no clue, but I'm so happy we did." I smiled, turning and looking at Luke who was already looking at me.
"Before you guys have sex on this counter, I have a surprise." She said, pulling my gaze from Luke and onto her.
"What is it?" Luke asked, wrapping his arms around my waist and resting his chin on my head.
"There's gonna be another baby soon." She smiled, causing me to gasp and hug her quickly.
"If you're joking I'm going to murder you." I said, holding her at arms length.
"Surprise! The Hood family is having a kid." Ashley said, her eyes lighting up at the thought of this.
"Congrats Nuggie, we're happy for you." Luke said, pulling my sister into a hug.
"Maybe now I can take Athena and Elisabeth because soon they'll have someone to play with." Ashley shrugged.
"No." Luke and I said in unison, causing Ashley to frown.
"Do you think I'm going to kill them or something?"
"That's exactly what we think." * The End.
A/N
I was going to make this ending better, but clearly the idea I had didn't work out.
There will either be a sequel or there will be a published Second Version. Whichever I choose to do will be published sometime this week/next week.
