I Have Eyes Everywhere

This time when I awoke, it was softer and I was lying down. Fluttering my eyes open I realised that I was in a bedroom. Although my headache had subsided, my muscles still ached and I was starving. Even now I didn't have the slightest concept of time since the room was darkened by tall curtains that reached up to the high ceiling and draped just over the ground, stretching along an entire wall.

Across from the king sized bed was a wall-filled wardrobe that ran along another wall and beside me was a bedside table with a metal lamp, the room just seemed to have no character.

Swinging my legs over the bed, I padded across the room and went over to the curtains peeking behind, the sunlight proved that it was day and by the location of the sun it was only morning, I was guessing around 10 o'clock. A balcony outstretched a few metres and it appeared that I was on the third floor, below me was a pool that surrounded a fountain, the long drawn out yard reached the tall trees that seemed to be heading to a forest.

Pulling the curtain back so the room had light I crept back over towards the door, yet it was locked. What kind of bedroom locks from the outside? I attempted breaking the doorknob but my hands were still sore from that fight yesterday. The blood on my knuckles had dried up by now.

I furiously twisted away at the doorknob until the sound of footsteps and muffled talking came into hearing, my senses were now completely alert and I sprung back to the other side of the room near the window, if I needed to make a break for it I could probably try the balcony.

Frozen in spot, I watched as the shadows under the door moved and came to a hault, then the door clicked open.

"You again?" I leaned back against the wall, Hunter seemed to look good in dark colours. He had a plain black t-shirt and black cargo pants with boots. The muscles were evident under his t-shirt as his sleeves became tight around his biceps.

"Hey there babydoll" he closed the door behind and leaned against it, eyeing me up and down once again. "Do you feel like getting cleaned up now or are you going to attempt to break free again"

"Attempt?" I scoffed

He got up from the wall, "Just hurry up, we don't have all day" he turned around and opened the door

As I went over he wrapped his hands around my wrists and held them behind me as he walked me through the hallways, I searched my surroundings, becoming aware that this house was a difficult maze that wouldn't be easy to get out of, maybe if I went left and tur-

"Don't even think about it, are you trying to get yourself killed?" Hunter leant down to my ear and pushed me forward, wincing from the robe burn that was still evident on my wrists

"We'll get you fixed later" he said, noticing my pain

"What else happens later?"

I knew he acknowlegded what I said but he chose to ignore it, we made a right and a white door appeared. He let go of one of my wrists and reached for the handle, the door lead to a huge white bathroom and I became excited to rinse off this dead skin and sweat.

"There's clothes and a towel on the shelf" his hand pushed the small of my back, somewhat encouraging and I embraced the colossal glowing room, "Knock on the door when you're done"

I turned to ask him why but I came to a closed door, then I heard it lock from the outside, once again I was trapped and there was only a small window in the corner that wouldn't provide an escape even if I tried to fit through it.

I shed my clothes and turned the hot water on, the massive showerhead provided massaging skills as the liquid bounced onto my skin and dribbled down to my toes. I managed to find the soap and soaked my skin with the coconut fragrance
