The next day had passed.
Then the day after that.
And the next one.
And so on, until a full week had gone by, unlike Mackenzie's obsession for the pizza delivery boy.
It was fair to say that Kolby was worried for her roommate, considering how much pizza she was ordering and how crazy Mack was acting after just one week. It's not even like Mackenzie was eating all the food she was ordering.
Her wallet wasn't happy, her pants weren't fitting, and she still didn't have a pizza delivering boyfriend.
Kolby had a garbage bag in hand, walking through their apartment and attempting to clean the pizza boxes and garbage scattered around. Makenzie laid in the middle of the floor, dramatically sprawled out while keeping an eye on the time. She knew it was almost time for Tony to start his shift.
Kolby rolled her eyes, throwing the trash bag to the side for now. She grabbed ahold of Mackenzie's hand, yanking her upper body.
"Get up, Mack. We're not doing this again. Get changed, I'm taking you to the gym with me."
Mackenzie started shaking her head, trying to pry her arm away from Kolby's grip. "No, you can't make me! I just want to watch Netflix and eat ice cream."
Kolby stopped fighting her, letting her go back to the floor. She went to stand over Mackenzie, raising her voice to hopefully get the point across. "You can't eat ice cream, Mackenzie! My god, this is why you feel like crap all the time! Take a break from it, let's go to the gym and try to fix your addiction."
Mackenzie sat up, her eyes squinting while bringing her face closer to Kolby's. "What are you talking about? I'm not addicted to anything."
Kolby stood up straight, hands on her hips. "You're addicted to lactose, Mack."

It took some more yelling back and forth and harsh reality checks to finally get Mackenzie to willingly leave the apartment. Then it took a promise of going to McDonald's afterwards to get her in the gym, but she had finally made it.
Kolby and Mackenzie started on the treadmills, making small conversation while fast walking. Time had gone by and Mackenzie's senses were tingling. She quickly looked around, immediately spotting him. She turned to face Kolby, "He's here."
Kolby gave her a crazed expression, "You just randomly knew that? Mack, you're literally insane."
Mackenzie shook her head, "I'm not insane, I could just smell his cologne."
Kolby's jaw dropped, "He's delivered pizza to you like five times, yet you've already memorized his smell. That's pretty insane."
Mackenzie quickly glanced back to see him walking with some other guys behind the treadmills, soon enough to be passing by them. She quickly thought it all out, barely warning Kolby of her plan.
"He's coming, I'll be right back."
Kolby was so confused, "Wait, what do you- Mackenzie!"
Next thing she knew, Mackenzie had let the machine take her and she willingly fell off of it and into the group of guys. Kolby quickly stopped her machine and Mackenzie's, hopping off to make sure Mackenzie was okay before murdering her roommate for scaring the living daylights out of her.
Mackenzie made sure to cling on real tight to the unfortunate soul who had caught her.
The one and only, Tony.
"Wow, crazy seeing you here. Don't you usually have work at this time?"

I forgot about this masterpiece.
I can already see it taking a dark turn, but I like it.
