Entry 3
October 4ᵗʰ
We barely interacted.
You kept your distance when lingering eyes were present.
Ignoring me when it wasn't just the two of us.
Do you despise the attention?
Or would fear be present?
Either way Mia,
you only strictly wrote back
when there were only two present stars
in the night sky.
When it was simply just the two of us.
Alone and isolated from the envious stars
trying to outshine your dim light.
When I managed to cross paths
with the hidden gem,
it was a rare opportunity presenting itself.
Within this rare opportunity of faithfully meeting,
the time we could spend didn't keep me satisfied.
Craving more of that dim light I manage to find,
in a world overfilled
with mask shadows
oppressed by chaos.
I kept seeking the silent Mia
that's secluded
from the public's eye.
The Mia
who's still refusing to mutter
a single word.
From every effective encounter,
My Dear Mia
was slowly blooming.
Even your rare smile
was beginning to warm
the cold blood residing within me.
All while it left me craving something.
Those muted lips.
Mia, you're indeed a rare gem I plan to keep to myself.
