Lance's P.O.V

I jump up out of my sleep, breathing heavily and sweating. "What happened?" I think to myself, trying to remember what happened last night. I remember getting clothes for the next morning and taking my pill. I then started talking to Mullet Man and went to my room. "I probably had a panic attack." I thought to myself. I wish I died from it.

I get into my clothes for today and go to the kitchen for breakfast, which, thankfully, have people in it. I open my mouth "Hey gu-" "Don't fucking start Lance." Allura interrupts him. "Let's just all eat quickly so we could go back to Earth." "Why all the fucking time?" I think to myself as I go to my room. I lay there, thinking about a lot of things. From the good and bad times in my childhood to the times being a Paladin was actually fun. It used to feel like I had a family, then everything changed all of the sudden.

I hear knocking on the door. "Why now?" I think to myself. I really say "Come in!" in a cheerful voice though. It was Pidge outside the door. "We're leaving Lance! Make sure you hurry though. The Princess and Shiro look a bit mad."

I quickly spring off of my bed and exit out of my room, almost falling in the process. I guess I'm just really excited to go back home to see my family. It's been a good while since I last saw them. I go into the kitchen to see Shiro and Allura looking straight into my eyes. I didn't get why they were mad, I did nothing wrong.

"You're late Lance. Why did you run off in your room?" Shiro asks. "Allura told me to not start with the team, whatever that means." "DON'T PUT THIS OUT ON ME LANCE!" Allura practically yelling. Shiro quickly says after her, "You're lucky you're still a paladin of Voltron. You don't do anything around here. All you do is sit on your ass, claiming you are the "Team Sharpshooter" and act as comedic relief. You don't even spend time with us anymore."

I felt emotionally drained at that moment, yet so sad at the same time. All of the other paladins were just watching, not giving a care in the world on what was happening in front of them. "Sorry." I bluntly say as I put on my armor and rush to my lion. While the others do the same, I start tearing up, then full on crying, trying not to make any noise. I hear Hunk right outside my lion. "You okay buddy? Those were some pretty harsh words Shiro said." "Yeah, they were, but I'm fine, don't worry," I reply.
