All this time I thought we were the only humans on Earth and that there could not be possibly anything els besides us.

I rolled my eyes at her in annoyance, honestly why can't they just be happy to be able to breed with are kind? Oh well she's probably just scared.
Taking a deep breath I start to make my way towards the testing lab just to figure out which one of my people are lucky enough to get her. She seems like a submissive which in reality is what all of us wants. Unfortunately for me I have a mate who's stubborn and doesn't do what there told but I love her anyway. I shake my head to clear all my thoughts as I put Teals blood into the computer system making my glance up at the holographic aura. The holographic aura can mimic any of my peoples auras. Are auras are different colors, for instance my aura was red and when I found Clarke my mate I immediately tested her in hopes that her aura would match mine and much to my luck it did.
I watched patiently as Teals aura went from white, yellow, red, blue, purple and then finally Black.
I squint my eyes a bit as a light white glow surrounded the black aura confirming its match making me sigh in relief until I saw Anyas name pop up on the computer screen making me grow pale. Poor girl, she's going to be in a hole lot of pain since she's paired up with my sister. It honestly wouldn't have to be so bad if Anya didn't hate humans.
There's really only two ways this could go. One, my sister could just ignore her and lock her away from everyone and everything. Two, she could very well abuse such a fragile human. In all honesty I just wish my sister would get over her hatred towards humans, yes they killed our parents but we killed the culprits so why can't she just let that go?
Shaking my head to clear it once again I reluctantly make my way towards my sisters room.
I just hope she takes the news well.

Anya's flashback
Council member one- "Commander, Are planet is dying isn't there some other planet we can relocate too?"
Anya's & Lexa's Father- "I'm afraid there isn't. At least not to my knowledge..."
Council member 2- "What about Earth sir? It has a food and water source not to mention people who look a lot like us in more ways then one."
