Short chapter is short, but it's what I have at the moment. We're maybe two chapters to the end, so we're almost there!

IMPORTANT NOTICE: THIS WAS PUBLISHED OUT OF ORDER FOR SOME REASON, SO READ PART 1 BEFORE THIS ONE

"I want you to kill DDawn,"

What? Why him? Don wasn't against the idea, DDawn kind of had it coming, but he was against the fact that he was going to have to off him.

"Why would you want to kill him, he's the smartest person in the group!" Duni sighed, keeping his cheery composure up while still sounding rather irritated.

"Words of wisdom, Donathan: the smart man is always the selfish man. Yes, the robot might be intelligent, but I know what he's up to. I know that if we're all in a sticky situation, he'd save himself because we won't be able to exact revenge. Trust me, I've seen it before," there were so many questions and so little answers. Duni was drawing circles around him, and he didn't know how to stop him. His motivation did make sense, but killing someone off because you think they'll betray you a little extreme. Then again, the redhead literally stabbed him for not answering a question quick enough.

"Okay. I'll do it. Do have any specifications?" Don asked, reluctantly taking the order.

"No, but I'm willing to give you some creative freedom. This is your last order under me, after all," he pulls out a small chip from his shirt pocket. It was tinted green and looks just like how you would expect an SD card would look like. "This chip will completely override his coding. It'll erase his whole personality and memory and will leave him like that. He'll be nothing more that a husk at worst and have serious amnesia at best," his starts. "I'll probably just harvest the parts or whatever, as long as he's out of my hair. On the other hand, you can just dump a bucket of water on him, I really don't care," Duni places the chip in Don's hand before the shorter male put it on his bedside table.

"I expect this to be finished soon, as in, oh, I don't know, maybe by next week? And before I forget," he pulls out a roll of parchment, similar to a map or...

"My contract?" Duni unfolds it and holds it up to his face. The sound of the ripping parchment lifts something off of Don. His chest feels lighter and his shoulders as well, like a weight was being taken off. His head was reeling for a second before it reorientated. His eyesight focused on his room. Did it always look this bright?

"I know you won't disobey me. Even if you aren't mine anymore, you know the consequences," Don was still in shock, unable to processes the sudden shift in the world around him. He nodded absentmindedly at whatever Duni just said. "Good. Just close your eyes and everything will be alright," just like his words, the citrus haired male briefly closed his eyes.

It was maybe a second, but when he opened them, it felt like it had been hours. Duni wasn't there in his room anymore and the strangest thing was that his bed was made. He never made his bed!

"Wait, what time is it?" Don picked up his phone from the bedside table, still noting that the chip was next to it. He turned it on.

It was July 13th, a bright Sunday morning.
