II. Command

"Taehyungie! Where are you now?"

Taehyung recently arrived at the hospital where his mom was a doctor and one of the shareholders.

He needs to fetch his mom from her work since they will be having a family dinner together with the aspiring business partners of which his mom is dealing with.

But he has to go somewhere special too. He was running out of time.

While having their early dinner. His mom noticed that Taehyung has been so uneasy for a while, it seems that something is bothering him.

"Son, are you alright?"

His mom asked him in front of the guests which made him anxious for he knows that their guests may feel that he was bored or as if he was not interested in his family's business dealings.

Since he was young, he was always reminded by his mother that someday he'll gonna continue his father's footsteps and that he must do his studies well in medicine.

Sad to say, it was not Taehyung's passion. He'd rather be a pilot but he was left with no choice.

He knew he disappoints his mother every now and then due to his poor grades and semi-rebellious acts. What would she expect from him though? He is now already 24 but still acts like a sweet sixteen as he was careless with his decisions and doesn't take life seriously. In addition, he was now in his senior years in medicine of which he will not reach without his mother's connection in such field.

His mother ascertain that it is not easy to raise a son alone, especially that his father also died during his highschool years.

"Mom, pardon me but I have to go." It took a while before he was able to explain himself.

"I...I have to makeup with some of my medical research because its almost the deadline." Without waiting for his mother's approval, he stood and bowed to them.

"Annyeong."

He left without even taking some glances on his mother. He knew that she was angry with him but is too shy to act due to their situation.

He was able to leave without being bombarded by motherly-sermons.

He entered unto his car and smirked, today is my lucky day.

He drove fast as he was late for his personal meeting.

He roamed his eyes towards the hotel's retaurant trying to remember and find the girl.

On a corner, he saw her.

She was indeed beautiful. Her beauty from the picture was the same beauty he was witnessing now. It looks like the photo was raw, unfiltered and unedited.

She was sitting silently not turning her head to find who's the man he's meeting with. She was looking down. He was wondering why she was acting shy and has less confidence when her beauty could just do all the talking.

"Hi. Jennie?"

Jennie was surprised with his low-deep tone voice.

Jennie stood and bowed unto him.

"Ne. Jennie Kim-imnida."

"Oh. Its okay not to bow. Dont do it again next time." Taehyung uttered while he slowly take a seat

Jennie was not even looking at Taehyung's eyes and keeps on tilting her head down.

The waiter approached them and asked for their order.

Jennie was looking at the menu but she can't fully understand the recipes. All of them were new to her, and its names are kind of extravagant and hard to pronounce. Knowing less of this, she asked him to choose for her instead.
