XII. Knowing you

"Where are we going and why do u want me to dress like this?" Jennie asked tae who was driving.

"If ur not gonna say anything, i'll fucking jump out of this car."

"Whoa. When did u learn to trashtalk huh Jennie?" Instead of being pissed, tae liked how Jennie sounded. He feels a new vibe radiating in her.

"Bcoz u wont tell me" taehyung saw in the windshield's reflection how jennie pouted. He smiled as he though about the duality if Jennie Kim he knew.

"Okay baby, you're going to meet my mom." Taehyung dropped the big secret out.

"What?" Jennie screamed panickly.

"You know, she should meet you." Taehyung said while he was still facing the road.

"Ur out of ur mind taehyung!!!!" Jennie screamed again while she brushed her hair up. What have gone into taehyung's head about letting her meet her mom. Jennie just saw his mom yesterday and his mom actually spilled the beans to her eomma. How could she not fucking freak out... she thought that his idea was insane. She wants to tell to taehyung what happened but she's afraid that it might cause more chaos between their different level of worlds.

On the other hand, taehyung wants to express to his mom that he was sure of Jennie and wants her to know Jennie more. If she loved and like Jennie's kindness, innocence; he bet his mom would like her too. He also thinks that if his mother would discover Jennie's plain, pure and simple nature..little by little she will like her. Yet, he also has this fear in him that what if things wont go well as wants too? He regain his conciousness when they finally arrived at their house.

Their gate was designed elegantly. Jennie thought how it looks inside.

"Your gates cost my my fees from preschool up to college." Jennie unconciously uttered while she was amazed how she can see their house from the spaces of the gate.

Taehyung stared at her and he smiled how he fell in love with a precious mandeuk. The last thing he knew is that love isnt measured by how much u've know each other or how long u've been together. Love has no measures....its unexplainable and irrational.

"But u cost more than those." He said...he wanted to sound romantic but savage Jennie blocked him out.

"Silly. Of course I am. Every person is...and why would you compare me to a possesion." Jennie said. She then changed her mood.

"He feels everything has a price...silly! Dumb! Idiot!" Jennie murmured.

"Are u saying anything?"

"None"

"Okay then lets get inside." Taehyung was about to open his car's door to open the gates but Jennie hastily grabbed him by his arm.

"Taehyung, im....im scared."

"Me too" he wanted to let her knew that he was feeling the same thing. But as a man, he must appeal strong to boost Jennie's confidence.

"Nothing to worry baby. She will like you."

"How will she? Look. Im a blue girl."

That was the least thing that tae wanted to hear from Jennie. Yes she is, but he doesnt like to categorize her into those. He wants to change her life---to give her everything she deserve.

"And is this necessary? We can just do our things since it was what u booked for. Why should we meet your mom a----" jennie was stopped by taehyungs passionate kiss. It was a smack but  magical how it felt so real and vivid for her. Jennie liked the feeling but hated their current situation. She was now getting more confused with her feelings towards tae. She wonders if its love or she was just amazed by him.

"Just stop worrying and do as I say. This is what I want from you, and im paying" taehyung said and got out of the car. He tries to cover up his feelings coz he might think Jennie will call him weak for falling in love with her that easily.

He then got back in the car and parked it.

"Mom's still not at home." He said as he opened the main door.

As usual, jennie was so amazed how nice their house was. It wasnt that too royalty but she sense the richness vibe all over the place.

Taehyung grabbed jennies hand as they both entered his room.

Jennie sat on his bed while tae was fixing the slight messes of his room which are the scattered learning materials, the stethoscope and the psp players...he then sprayed conditioner at the aircon to coverup his room...tae also swept some dirt away and finally turned on the tv.

"What do u want to watch?"

"You." Jennie said. "I mean..i...i..." jennie closed her eyes in frustration of letting her feelings make her mad and crazy about taehyung. "Anything..i watch anything"

Yes jennie that was a dumb answer. Jennie thought.

Taehyung turned the tv off.

"Hey! Lets watch"

"I'd rather wanna know more about you" taehyung winked at Jennie.

"There's not much details about me" jennie said as way of refusing tae's topic.

Taehyung made a very cute puppy face to Jennie showing his disappointment to Jennie's selfishness.

Jennie who was a soft heart laughed at the puppy taetae.

"Ok. Im sharing."

Taehyung then positioned himself at jennies lap.

"Is this necessary? U can just sit there. U dont need to get all comfy and cozy on my lap u perv." Jennie said as she was shocked by taehyungs kiddly act.

Tae nodded to Jennie and guided Jennie's hand unto his hair and brushed it, "that is also required." Taehyung said to jennie and smiled.

For an hour, the two talked about anything and everything. The two opened up their worlds. Unaware how each soul was designed to be with each other.
