You usually will just call him by his name bit sometimes if you're feeling silly or lazy you'll call him Ji

My Living Heater is what you call him if y'all are cuddling cause HE IS 

Other then that just a simple Dear or Hon

For Shinsou I can only really see My Hero, that would be such such such an important and meaningful nickname for him after literally everyone saying he's be more a villain then hero and JUST GAH THIS BOY IS GONNA BE THE BEST HERO AFTER DEKU
