Its been a month since I arrived at the manor. And it must have been the most productive month of my life. I learned everything I needed as a pure-blooded lord - their mannerisms, etiquette, and the complete history of the wizarding world. I refuse to be seen as an ignorant, spoiled child who only had fame.
After spending a month alone in the manor, I managed to think things through. I won't ever return to the side of the Light. But I won't automatically join the dark. No. I would wait and see. Voldemort has tried to kill me countless times. But that was only because he didn't want to lose his power. By now, I'm sure he's realized what Dumbledore is doing. Which means he should've realized the "Savior" has abandoned the Light.
I've decided to ask for a private meeting with him. I'll send him a letter asking him to meet me in a private location by himself. If he agrees I'll ask him what his goals are for the wizarding world. Of course, there is no guarantee that he won't start cursing me so I'll cast a few protection spells on me just in case.
Voldemort's POV
I stared at it. It was brought by a white owl, one famously known for belonging to Potter. After debating about it for a while, I decided to open it. Of course, I cast some spells to see if there was anything put on the letter beforehand. Who knows, it might be a trap.
To Voldemort:
I wish to meet with you. I know you have no reason to trust me but I am sure you know what Dumbledore has been doing this past month. Which means, I also know that you understand it wasn't the Dark who killed those lovely relatives of mine. Dumbledore's so-called search for me is only so he can find and control me again like the manipulative bastard that he is. I have no wish to help a man like him nor do I have any wish to fight for a side that would turn on me at a moment's notice. The decision is up to you. If you even have an ounce of belief in what I am saying, please meet me alone using the portkey attached to my owl. It is timed to take you to a secluded location at 8:00 pm tonight.
Harry Potter
Well, It seems my thoughts were true. Harry Potter has abandoned the Light. I've made me decide. I will meet with him.
Of course, one can never be too sure so I brought my wand in case it was a trap. It couldn't hurt to capture him if this does turn out to be some sort of trap.
Harry's POV
I waited at the location for him. the meeting time was at 8:00 pm so it was nearly time. Suddenly a man appeared in front of me. He had black hair and red eyes. His jawline was sharp. Combined with his body which looked like he worked out at least every other day, he seemed to be in his early twenties.
But I knew better. Only one person has red eyes like that. Yet I couldn't help but stare, entranced at the man before me. It wasn't until he raised an eyebrow at my behavior that I snapped out of it.
"Well? I came as you requested, but only because I am curious as to what you are if you are not with the Light."
Clearing my throat, I replied, "Right. This is going to take some time to explain so would you like to come in?"
"Very well. But know, that if this is a trap, I will not hesitate to kill you."
"Of course. This way."
"I am curious, Potter. How did you gain access to such a mansion?"
Chuckling, I opened the door for him. "Well, that would be because I inherited it. Welcome to Ravenclaw Manor."
