All my classes before lunch (which didn't contain Kellin) went by relatively quickly. No one bothered me, probably because of the fact that I could--and would--kick their asses if they did, I've done it plenty of times before.

Now, as I was saying; my classes before lunch went by fast. It was the classes after that fucked me over.

I thought today was going to be like any other day, I mean, it did start out like any other. But as I got to Music with Austin, I saw that I was sadly mistaken. Once in the room, I saw Austin at his desk, however, he wasn't looking at paper work like he is usually. This time, he was laughing and smiling, looking out towards the direction of the desks. When I walked further into the class, I saw a guy significantly taller than me, slouching on my desk. He had spiked brown hair and blue eyes.

"You have a good voice. Ever try growling?" Austin suggested to the mysterious kid on my desk. He didn't seem to notice me as of yet, and I didn't want to be rude, so I kept quiet. The boy nods, answering Austin's question. He seemed kind of shy. "Well, if you ever want any tips on that. I'm your man."

The boy smiles, "Well, thanks, sir. Glad to know someone could help me get better, cause I suck." He says in a very distinctive English accent. I'm guessing the kid is from England, then. Austin laughs a little before turning his head over to me and waves me over.

"Hey Vic. Meet Josh, he's new to the school. Maybe you could give him a few pointers in the clean vocal department, since it's not really my forte." Austin says as I walk over to his desk. I knew I hadn't seen this kid before. Josh huh?

I look at Josh and put my hand out for him to shake it, and he does. "I'm Victor, call me Vic. Nice to meet you." I introduce myself politely. This guy doesn't know about the whole me and Kellin thing, hopefully when he finds out--because I know he will--he doesn't turn out to be a homophobe.

"Nice to meet you, Vic. I really would appreciate it you helped me out. Mr. Carlile told me you were one of his best students." Awe, Austin, how you flatter me.

I raise an eyebrow and look at Austin with a smirk, "One of the best? Austin, I am the best." I say as cocky as possible. Austin starts to chuckle.

"Oh, I'm sorry. He is my best student." Josh nods. He takes a seat in the back of the room once Austin gets up and makes his way over to me. He drapes an arms over my shoulder and we start to walk into the hallway. Once there, he says, "I'm glad that you coming out hasn't really affected your school work." He smiles.

"Oh, yeah. I mean, it doesn't even bother me, really. It's Kellin I'm worried about." I confess. Austin nods his head in understanding.

"Yeah, I see. I forgot that this situation isn't only hard on you, but Kellin also. But I'm sure you two will get over this, people will come around. Trust me." He says rubbing circles on my shoulder.

I sigh. Austin has experience in this stuff. But he came out in college, everyone there was mature enough to accept it. In high school, however, people will bite your head off because you don't wear the same brand sneakers as everyone else. What the hell do you think they'll do if you don't have the same sexual preference? "I guess." I end up replying.

Before Austin could respond, the bell rings. "We'll talk after class." He dismisses the topic for the moment and walks back into class, so I follow him.

After about five minutes, the room fills in with sweaty, hormonal teens, and noise. Lots and lots of noise.

I thought at least I would have a break from all their bullshit for at least the forty-five minutes I had in this classroom. But, of course, I was wrong--this is happening a lot lately, wow. "Hey fag, were you sucking Mr. Carlile's dick again?" Some guy asks, making the whole room laugh. I don't say anything back, instead, I sit at my desk seething until Austin tells the class to shut up and stop being disrespectful.

I usually loved being in Austin's class, but this time, I hated it. The so called 'popular' group of guys--basically the jocks--wouldn't shut up about me sucking dick. I'm pretty sure I made my tongue bleed five times from biting it. I really didn't want to beat the shit out of someone, mostly because I'm out of here in two months and if I screw up once Mr. Sykes will be on my ass in an instant. Good thing was, they were focusing more on me than they were Kellin, who was in the back of the class trying to stay invisible.

So, unlike most days, the class took forever to finish. I wasn't really into it--due to obvious reasons--but I still did what I had to do. The rest of the day was pretty much the same since I had a class with at least one of those douche bags. The only relief I had was going to the library after school with Kellin.

Of course, Kellin was studying while I was putting books away and helping people find books. Occasionally, I would go over and kiss him by surprise, not caring who was looking.

As I was grabbing the last cart of books, someone tapped my shoulder, so I turned around. Surprisingly, it was the guy from earlier, Josh. "Hey, how can I help you?" I ask politely, like Mr. Barakat told me to.

"I was just coming to say that I apologize for the way those guys in music were treating you." Josh says in his English accent. I give him a confused look. Why is he apologizing for them? "Oh," He says once he realizes why I'm confused. "Well, they told me to sit with them at lunch earlier and I feel obligated to apologize for them."

I scoff, "You shouldn't be hanging out with guys like them. They'll corrupt you." I shake my head, pulling the cart towards the first shelf of books. I hear Josh follow me.

"Well, I figured that much. I don't think it's bad to be attracted to guys if you're one yourself. I mean, I'm gay." He says, catching me off guard. Josh is pretty attractive, I would have never guess that he was gay. I look at him and he nods. "One hundred and two percent flaming." He smirks. My eyes go wide, he didn't seem so confident before, but damn this kid's got an ego.

"Alright dude. I gotta get back to work, so I guess I'll see you in class." I say pushing the cart again.

"You bet." He replies followed by a giggle, and from the corner of my eye I see him wink. Okay... Kinda creepy, to be honest. Maybe, there was something in his eyes... hopefully.
