No, I'm drowning. I can't... help me!
"Roman! Roman, wake up!" Deceit yelled as he shook him awake.
"C-can I stay here with you, please?" Roman whimpered as he looked up at Deceit.
"What about your work?" Deceit questioned.
"Screw that, I'd rather be here with you. Besides I can do my work anywhere, really." Roman answered with a small but resolute voice.
"All right, but only for today. The other's will worry about you." Deceit's voice was gentle.
"No they won't! They don't care about me. They only act like they care because I'm vital to Thomas." Roman was getting frantic.
"No, they do care! Just confront them than give them a chance." Deceit spoke softly.
"I can't. I'm terrified! Can I try your cape?" Roman said as he started to calm down again.
"When you want to, I'll be there. Sure, here you go." Deceit handed Roman his cape.
"Thanks, Dece." Roman said twirling around in the cape.
Roman continued to twirl around the room wearing Deceit's cape, laughing and smiling until he was too exhausted to stand anymore and collapsed on the bed. Deceit was laughing and smiling the whole time Roman was and the world was alright. They had each other and they would never leave. For that moment everything was alright, They couldn't lie and were comfortable with each other but there was one thought on both their minds.
Why do his eyes sparkle like the stars in the sky, pulling me in? Why do I want to kiss him?
What's wrong with me?
