Fifty Shades of Dark

Chapter 9.

I stroked his hair . I pressed my lips against his forehead." Me too baby." I stated. We both jumped when we heard a car screeching to a holt.

"I guess your father is here." He sighs.

"Why would you think that?"

"Levine!" Dad yelled.

"He's going to beat me to pulp because for being ten feet of you and now he's going to kill me for getting you pregnant." He sigh." I guess our child is going to grow up with out a father."

"He's not going to kill you."

He laughed." Of course he will. He knows about the room, Merlayla."

"Will he's going to have to go through me first."

We walked to the front of the house. Dad looked at Alejandro with a look that could kill." I told you to stay away from my daughter." Dad gritted through his teeth. Dad charge towards Alejandro and in a spit second dad's fists collided with Alejandro's left cheek. Alejandro stubbles back. I grabbed dad from he could harm Alejandro any further.

"Dad stop!" I protested.

Dad tries to shrug me off but I hugged his arm to my chest." Merlayla let go."

"No!"

"Merlayla." Dad hisses. I looked into his rage fill eye with pleading ones.

"Stop hurting him." I pleaded.

"He deserve—"

"Stop trying to punish him for his pass, he can't change what he did. Please give him a chance." I cut him off.

"There are things you don't understa—"

"I know everything. You being his therapist, me running away, and Alejandro and I leaving for Canada to elope." I confessed." The accident."

He stared at me emotionless." Dad I love him." I said." And nothing you do or say will ever change that."

"And I love her, Tarlov." Alejandro says. He stands up. His cheek had an imprint of dad's fist." And I'll love our child with every fiber of my being.

Dad head swung around to look at Alejandro." You got her pregnant." Dad hisses.

"Yes." Alejandro said, nonchalantly." I know you blame me for the accident, quite frankly I blame myself for it. All these years without Merlayla was hell. It was like loosing apart of myself. And I want to apologize for all the pain I've put you through and I will also want your blessing to have your daughter's hand in marriage."
