Chapter 19

Matt's POV

I woke up the morning on Carters chest. I reached over and grabbed my phone so I could check the time. It was 7am. Wow i'm up early. I put down my phone and looked at Carter who was sleeping so peacefully. I'm so lucky to have him.

I slowly moved his arms from around my waist and got up quietly so he wouldn't wake up. I went and tip toed down the stairs and went to the fridge. I looked for the bacon but realized I was out so I wrote Carter a note.

'Hey babe i'm out of bacon!! 😵😵 so I have to go get some because your lazy ass is still asleep. 😒 I'm taking your phone for a GPS because mine is almost dead. Hope you slept good and remember I love you!! ❤️❤️'

Yeah I know what your thinking, why do I need a GPS just to go to the store? Well because Carter usually goes for me but since he's sleeping I have to do it myself. They also just opened a new store that has amazing bacon and I cant remember how to get to it so thats why I need it.

I walked to my car and unlocked Carters phone. I love his password. It's our ship name. Catthew. I opened the GPS and saw that there was a address already in it. I wonder who's address this is. It's not far from here. I can go there and then grab the bacon before he wakes up. I never realized how snoopy I am.

I started driving to who ever lives at this address. I drove for about 10 minutes and was finally here. What now? I never really thought about what I was going to do once I got here. Walk up to the door and say "hey I'm just here to see who lives here because your address was in my boyfriends phone and i'm a snoopy little shit so I needed to see." They would probably call the cops on me for that.

I was knocked out of my thoughts when I saw a man walk out of the house. I couldn't see the face. He went and got into a very familiar looking car and drove away.

I got out of my car and went up to the door. Well I guess i'm winging it. I knocked on the door and a few seconds later the door opened. I was shocked.

"Mom." I finally said.

Shawn's POV

"Shawn you need to get out of bed!" My mom yelled. I groaned in response.

"Why are you like this?" she asked walking over to my bed. I'm really getting sick of all her questions.

"Because I am. Now stop with all your damn questions!" I yelled. I felt so bad as soon as I realized I yelled at her.

"I am just trying to help you. I know i am no dad but i'm really trying here Shawn." She said starting to walk out.

"Mom wait. I'm sorry and I know you are trying but it's just so hard not having him here." I said.

"Is that all thats bothering you?"

"No." is all I said.

"Well spill it. I hate seeing you like this." Well I guess I'm telling her.

"Mom i'm gay and I was dating Taylor but then he cheated on me with this Dillon guy and now i'm just lost." I said in one breath. she didn't say anything. She just sat there looking at me.

"Please say something." I begged.

"Shawn I-"

Taylor's POV

I'm still not sure how i'm going to get Shawn to talk to me. I'm going to need help with this one I think. I know, I will call Matt. He would help me with this.

I picked up my phone and looked at my lock screen. I was a pic of me and Shawn. I unlocked my phone and dialled Matt's number.

"Hello?" he said. He sounded kinda shaky.

"Hey man you okay?"

"No not really." God I hope him and Carter didn't brake up or have a fight.

"Come over we can talk." I told him. He said okay and hung up. I wonder what happened.

Matt's POV

"Mom." I finally said.

"What are you doing here!" She yelled.

"Uhh I wanted to see who lived here because this address was in my boyfriends phone and i'm snoopy." I told her.

"Boyfriend?"

"Yeah... Did he stop by? He has dark hair and was probably wearing a red snap back I got him." I asked looking at my feet.

"Yeah your faggy boy came by. He's extremely rude. You sure do know how to pick them Matthew." she said sarcastically.

"He loves me and is there for me no matter what unlike you." I cried.

"Good bye Matthew." she said as she closed the door in my face. I started walking away but she opened the door and called me. I turned around and waited for her to talk.

"Tell Carter he needs to pay to fix my car! He slashed my tiers." she said.

"You deserved it and he's not paying you anything." I said walking to my car.

I started driving when my phone went off. I pulled over and answered it. It was Taylor telling me to come over and talk. I said okay and texted Carter that i'll be back later.

His phone started vibrating and said he had a text. Wow Matt! You idiot you have his damn phone. #blonde moment. Okay so I cant text him so ill call the house and tell him i'll be back later. I did that and started driving to Taylor's.
