My escape (almost)

Aiko leads me straight to the beach. He touches the edge of the sea with his foot and the water turns instantly black. Every inch of water seemed to be black.
"What does this mean?" I ask him.
"Its the influence of the night trance. You see at night I... get into some sort of half- paralyzed state. I'm not able to move myself but my body and my mind both lead me to the beach. And .. well.. I found you at the beach.. I was in a night trance and it was terrible."

Aiko slowly starts to turn red.
"I didnt want you to see me like that. I crave...the need of the physical touch... to know that im still alive.. to know that im still breathing. And its true... I stalk people I like. But it means.. that im so physically attracted to that person that I need to go feel the need to go to them, to touch them. If I dont do that, I get really nauseous and dizzy. But if I do it... I usually pass it on to the person.. or liquid I touch. I need that touch... to remind me that im still alive. And im sorry .. if I make you uncomfortable but.. for fourteen years I had to live with people who that didnt touch me.. They didnt want anything to do with me, Except for my mother. But eventually, the spirits got tired. They wanted more."

I sigh and look at Aiko.
"Aiko.. You should find somebody who loves you."

"Nobody loves me.. its true.. im a terrible person.. Im way too clingy and I follow people round everywhere.." He replies
"I spent 17 years.. alone.. You are just looking at the wrong person."

Aiko looks at the sand.
"I forgive you, Aiko. But please.. be careful around me."
"Ill try.. escpecially around Lukas."
I still couldnt go to school. There was no way..
"Is .. that you?"
I turn around and not surprisingly I see the poster. Its already started. Everybody knows now...
Aikos eyes widen.
"Nonononono!!"
He grabs the poster and it evaporates into dust with his touch.
Tears fill my eyes and I run home. Several taughts went through my mind.
You are useless.
You ruin lives.
Get out, you dont belong Jess.
Just leave.
I grab my bag and pack my stuff.
Goodbye beautiful town. It was great spending the last 8 years of my life here.
I grab my life savings and leave them in an envelope on the table.
I didnt want to leave my siblings, I really didnt. But I couldnt stay. Everybody in town knew. I would be hunted down, laughed at.
I run to the beach and without even looking where I was going I ran across the beach and bumped into something, or someone.
"Ow, Jess!"
I come face to face with Raven.
"Oh ,Hi. Sorry Raven."
"Watch where you're- "
He glances at my bag.
"Going on vacation?" He asks.
"You can call it a vacation.. a pernament one.."
"Why?" He questions me.
"Im in trouble. Alot of trouble.."
"Jess.. think about this.. you're leaving everybody behind."
He looks into my eye.
"Lukas.."
"I have to Raven!"
"Shirley and Ethan YOUR little brother and sister."
"You dont know how much trouble im in Raven.."
"Then tell me."
I knew at that moment, Raven could see the fear and sadness in my eyes.
I told him about Aiko, and how I think he is being possesed. I didnt tell him my suspicions on George being the person possesing Aiko. I told him about Aikos tourettes and how he tics and talks about Lukas killing George without wanting to and without knowing what he is talking about.
"So about how it wasnt suicide?"
"Yes." I reply.
"Lukas didnt leave any traces, he is a natural." Raven tells me.

I then go on to explaining what happened with me an Aiko on the beach that night whike Aiko was under his night trance and about how Julia found out and about the posters.
"I dont want to stay here anymore."
"Im not letting you leave."
"I WISH you just killed me that day, Raven! I literally havent done anything but ruin lives!"
"No. I spared you for a reason that day. You fought for your life, your reputation and right now I want you to do the same."

I still wasnt convinced.
"Look Jess..Are you REALLY going to leave Anne? And... Shirley, Max, Ethan, Lily, Emilia, James, Montengra..."

"Watch me."
I turn around and run towards the water.
But I didnt even get a chance. I could feel Raven control my mind to pull me backwards.
"No." I herd him say.
He forces me backwards and walks towards me.
"What do you want from me? Im useless. I only ruin lives." I ask angrily.
"You've saved so many lives. Lily, Lukas,Montengra,James,Anne.." 

"I've ruined more lives than ive saved." I hiss.

Aiko comes running towards us, Julia chasing after him.

Aiko's white shirt is drenched with blood

"See that , Raven? That's my fault."

Aiko bumps into Raven and falls on the ground.

Raven looks down at him.

"That's not his blood." Raven says.

Don't even ask me how he knew that.

Julia has tears in her eyes and cheeks are red.

"H-he killed Zachary!" she screams.

Aiko looks at Julia, his eyes full of panic.

"If-if you take the posters down I won't do the same to you.." Aiko replies.

Julia gasps.

"This.. this was all because of a poster?" Julia says.

She starts to cry.

Raven looks at me. I hear his words in my head.

"I don't think this is your fault, Jess."

Aiko breaths in and out roughly.

"No witnesses!" he blurts out.

Aiko grabs a knife and Julia screams.

"Hold it!" I say and I quickly grab Aiko's hand, pushing it away from Julia.

Aiko smiles. He relaxes and drops the knife. Julia kicks him in the stomache and I hold her away from Aiko too.

"Both of you, stop." I say.

"HE KILLED MY BROTHER!" Julia screams.

"WELL YOU KILLED MY SOCIAL LIFE." I scream back.

I know that had nothing to do with it but I really wanted her to shut up.

"You're a freak." Julia tells me.

"Shut the fuck up about her."Aiko hisses at Julia.

Raven crosses his arms, not saying a word.
