A Normal School Day With Jess

"Hi Jess!"
"Hi Anne!"
"Are you coming to school today?"
"Yes. If I can get Shirley out of bed."
"Im coming to school on my bike so I guess ill meet you there."
"It sounds kinda busy in there."
I had my phone between my shoulder and my ear.
"Yep.. I feel like a mother to my siblings right now."
Anne laughs.
"Hey, you never know it might come in handy for the future."
"Anne you are thinking wayyy ahead."
"Oh alright.. just assuming.."
Ethan runs out of the house when he sees his school bus.
"Ethan just left. Me and Shirley are about to leave too"
"Okay Jess, We are about to leave too! Goodbye!"
Anne hangs up the call.
Me and Shirley walk it to school, since the apartment I rented is very close to the school.  As I walked there I kept on thinking about my dream. These dreams where starting to drive me nuts but a voicd in my head kept on telling me not to tell anybody. Not to tell Raven.. not to tell Matt.. Nobody. Dreams are dreams. Dumbledore once said that we shouldn't dwell on dreams, so I wasnt going to let myself dwell on dreams.

  We arrive at the school, only moments later Anne, Lily and Max arrive, racing eachother on bikes.
Anne at the front, Lily behind her and Max furthest at the back.
When they all arrive,  they park their bikes.
Max is panting heavily and  ALOT of sweat is coming down his forehead.
"Ill just stay with swimming,thank you." He tells Anne and Lily.
They both laugh.
Anne and Lily both walk inside.
"Let me show you around.." Anne tells her.
Me, Max and Shirley walk into school.
Science was first lesson..
Lesson goes by..
Next lesson was history.
The speaker of our class turns on.
"Dear Students."
It was James' voice (the teacher)
"Today  we have no history class since the teacher isnt here and we are far too lazy to send in an assistant." James says through the speaker.
After History was English, an actual fun lesson.
I enter the classroom and sit down.
Shirley sits beside me.
James enters the classroom, cheerful as ever.
He looks at both me and Shirley
"Let me see now.."
He points to Shirley.
"You are Shirley"
He points to me.
"And this is Jess, correct?"
I nod.
I knew me and shirley looked like twins but if you knew us well enough you can always tell us apart.
James stands on top of his desk.
He claps his hands.
"Shut up everybody!" He says.
Everybody goes quiet, almost like magic.
"Today I want to do a little word game.. We're all gona say a letter and then a word with that letter, okay?"
James spins around on his desk.
He points a finger a a girl in class.
"Um.. S.." She says.
"Okay, a word!"
James was so entusiastic about this lesson. I likes how happy he always was.
"Sandstorm." She says.
"Awesome! I had another word in mind!"
"What?" She asks.
"Surprise!"
James grabs a cake from his bag and a party popper.
"Everybody gets CAKE!"
He pops the party popper and many colourful peices of paper fly out.

"Everybody line uo for free cake! This is a one time chance."
Everbody gets up and lines up for cake.
When we sit down back in our places, I could hear Max whispering to Shirley.
"Best. Teacher. Ever." He whispers to her.
James stands up on the table again when everybody is finished.
"Okay class! Let's be serious now."
He says.
To be fair.. I couldn't see James being that serious when he is standing up on a desk..
"I want you all to name the first letter of your name, then how many letters are in your name, thats how many words you will have to say, starting with the first letter of your name."
He explains.
I raise my hand.
"Yes?"
"My full name, or the name my fridnds call me by?" I ask.
"Full name. So no nicknames or anything."

The only time I ever use my full name is in exam papers and important stuff like job applications
"Aannd since you asked the question, I want you to begin! So, what's your full name?"
"Jessil." I say
"Okay, so what's the first letter of your name?"
"J"
"My favourite letter. Anyways, how many letters are in your name?"
"6."
"So name 6 words starting with the letter J."
"Juice, jail, jewlery, jungle, jaguar and jester."
"Nice job! Now pick another classmate."
"Anne." I say.

"First letter A.. four letters.. Ehh..
Awesome, Amazing, Alien, Ants."
"That's great! now you get to choose somebody."
"Ehh..Max" Anne says.
"M, 3 letters...
Music, Magic, Mermaids."
"Good! Choose a classmate."
"Shirley."
"S, 7 letters." Shirley says.
"Good, now pick your words."
"Sky, star, sea,Starfish, shell, spider, sun"

James nods.
"Okay class.. that's all for today. I want you all to work on page 4 paragraph 2 on your book. Use a dictionary. When you are done, you're allowed to leave my class but not the school. If I see anybody leaving the school they will be sent to detention and blah blah blah."
James comes over to my desk.
"Jess.. I want to speak to you about the last English test you took."
The last test I took, James "accidentaly" dropped the answer sheet with it.
"Um, okay? After  class?"
"No, right now.  So please come over to my desk so we can discuss this."

James walks over to his desk and I get up and go to his desk too.
"Jess.." he whispers.
"Yes?"
"You got no mistakes on your last test!" He says as he grins.
He hold out his hand for a high five and I high five him.
"Okay, that's all I wanted to say, please go back to your desk." He says.
"Okay."
I walk back to my desk and finish off my work.
The bell rings.
Anne gets up, clutching her stomache and runs to the bathroom.
"Is she okay?" I ask Max.
"Poor Anne.. It's that time of the month." He says..
"Oh. Right." I reply.
"She came to me to ask but I was like.
"Ask Jess." " Max says.
"Ye, she did ask me.."
Next lesson was Drama.
Nothing important really happened.
Nothing important reallt happened for the rest of the day.
The last bell rings.
"Come on Shirley! We gotta run home because I didnt give Ethan any house keys!"
If you havent realised, Ethan goes to a school outside of town, thats why he takes a bus.
I drag Shirley all the way home and Shirley goes in her bedroom to do her homework.
Ethan comes home.
"Hey Ethan! How was school?"
"School was great!" He says.
I give him his plate of food.
"Thanks! Im actually really hungry!"
Ethan's lunch time is at 10am and he arrives home at around 3.30pm. I dont blame him for being hungry.
Ethan finishes eating.
"Thanks! Im going to my room now!"
"Okay.. im going to go take a nap"
I run to my bed and go to sleep.
