Chapter 13

Sam'sPOV

OMG! Parker, Miles and Ana are coming here today. I wonder when the get here. I finished Parker and Miles's Welcome Home! banner and cupcakes that were put together to look like a cake. I had Ana's brownie's and Welcome! banner already up and done. As I ripped off the apron I heard the limo pull up. I told everyone to hide.

"Anyone home?" Parker called. I whispered go when I saw the three walk in.

"SURPRISE!!!" We managed to scare them. I ran to Parker and gave him a big hug. Ana squished me then Miles kind of walked away. Well, that hurt. Ana was the only one who stuck aroundI gave her a tour of the house. The gameroom, theater, the nonguest bedrooms, her guestroom, pool and hot tub, tennis court, basebal diamond, basketball, football, small farm, dance studio and gym. Ana had a woah look across her face the entire time. I decided to bring up the crush thing as I helped her unpack.

"I heard Miles say he likes me when I was on the phone with Parker." Ana gave me a you-just-now-found-this-out look.

"Look, it was a little obvious at first and now it is coming out an he can't help it. He is even going to stop being a man-whore for your trust. " Wow. I had no idea he was serious about any type of relationship.

"Why did he just walk away without a hug or hello?" I questioned a little sadly.

"Stop being a sad sap. His feelings are strong and you know. Wants his hands off you." That makes more since. I just nodded my head and put up the last of her clothes.

"Wanna see where I work?"

"Sure." I lead us towards Parker and Miles.

"Wanna go to Castaways and maybe catch a few waves?"

"Yeah, lets go." Parker started walking and Miles followed. Man, this silence would have been good if Miles and I weren't friends. Ana bought a sexy bikini and changed into it. I changed into mine, grabbed my board and gear and headed out. When I walked out Miles was getting his board ready. Damn he is hot when shirtless. I made my self look a little cuter then walked towards him and put my board down.

"Hey." Miles looked up at me.

"Hey Sammie." Sammie? Why did he call me that? I don't care the point is it is hot the way he says it.

"So, think ya still got game?" I slid my gear on as I finished my board and put the wire on my ankle.

"Race ya sucker!" We raced each other I ended winning by a hair. Miles and I both caught a couple waves until we saw Parker teaching Ana how to surf. That was really wierd/nice of him to do. I headed back in and took off my gear and managed keep the strapless top from falling. I ordered a water to-go and layed down on my beach towel to tan.

After an hour of tanning I decided to get back in the water when I heard screaming I ripped off my sunglasses and saw Ana fall off her board and hit her head. I ran to the water and swam to her. By the time i got there she was almost unconcious and Parker had her in his arms.

"Grab the board!" I grabbed her board and paddled in. Miles grabbed his phone and dialed 9-1-1.

"My friend Ana fell off her surf-board."

*Operator*

"We are at South Beach by the Castaways."

*Operator*

"They are sending medics." Ana was slowly going unconcious. By the time the medics got there she was unconcious. I ran with the gurney up to the Ambulance. I hopped in and held Ana's hand the entire ride. We were twenty minutes from the hospital when something went wrong.

"She must of hit her head of the head of the board. There is a huge flesh wound on the side of her head." The words of the medic made me want to barf. I remembered Ana had a Sprite in her bag so I took slow sips. I saw the wound then I was out like a light.
