I flicked through the CDs bouncing on my toes, 'Hey James, There Is A Hell... Or Sempiternal? I'm in a Bring Me The Horizon mood.' 'What's new?' He chuckled. 'There Is A Hell Believe Me I've Seen It, There Is A Heaven Lets Keep It A Secret sounds good.' 'Thanks' I said putting in the cd and turning around to the unfamiliar voice. I stood stunned all I could do was watch as James talked to him. Oliver. Oliver Sykes. 'Alex you're up.' 'What?' 'Hand?' 'O-oh yeah' I stuttered as Oliver looked at me. It was him who was in the studio the other day. I don't know how to react. I was nervous about doing the tattoo never mind doing it to him! Oli walked past me and into the studio, he knew exactly what he was doing. 'Whats wrong with you, you look like you've just seen a ghost?' James whispered to me. 'Oliver Sykes. I'm tattooing him?' 'Yeah... So?' 'I'm a massive fan so sorry for freaking out.' I blushed making James laugh. 'Well then nows your chance to make an impression... Be cool.' 'Whatever.'
I laughed and walked into the room where I found Oliver sitting with his jacket off and hand out. I washed my hands and pulled on some rubber gloves before setting up the ink and pen. I sat down and looked at him,'Hey, I'm Alex.' I smiled as I picked up his hand and looked at what I was working with. 'I'm Oliver but sure you already know that.' I felt the smile at the corner of my lips. I picked up the pen but my hand was shaking making Oli chuckle, 'You sure you're ready love?' 'Alex I can take this one if you want.' James said putting a hand on my shoulder. I was making an idiot of myself in front of someone I idolised most of my teenage life. I put the pen down and stood up quickly. 'Im fine!' I stand and take off the gloves before walking out the front and taking out a cigarette and shakily lighting it. 'Those things are bad for you, you know?' I sigh and look at oli standing beside me. 'I know' 'and it's dangerous to walk home alone at night especially for a girl like you.' 'A girl like me?' I laugh and look at him 'So you followed me?' 'I was merely a guy outside a bar.' 'The whistle...' 'No no that was Matt N.' I shake my head laughing. 'Nice tat' he said taking my free wrist into his hand and admiring the detail of it. I watched cars go by until I turned my attention to Oliver. He was stroking my scars with his finger tips. I looked at him and he looked at me surprised. I put out my cigarette and forced a smile. 'Okay I'll do your tattoo now.' I took my wrist from his grip and walked back in.
